Wonderful 3 bedroom/2 bath, close to everything!

The unit was as described. Well stocked with everything we needed. Excellent location with many things to see and do in the area. Plenty of restaurants as well as shopping nearby. A bonus is having parking with an overhang to keep the sun off your vehicle during your stay. Very close access to the Scottsdale Greenbelt which is awesome for walking, jogging, or biking. Would stay here again during future trips to Scottsdale.

The location of this property was perfect with a kiddo. The park nearby was awesome - we played everyday on the playground with our little one. It’s also super close to the Odysea Aquarium and Butterfly Wonderland, which we enjoyed. The pool area was nice and the water temp wasn’t too bad for temps in the low 70s. Property grounds are relatively quiet. You do hear some noise from the nearby main road, but we are used to living in the woods and not a city. We appreciated that there was a pack and play for our little one to sleep in to eliminate some baggage during travel. We would have liked to give it 5 stars, but there were a few things we didn’t love. All of the hand soap dispensers were clearly close to empty and then filled with water to the top, so it wasn’t really hand soap. Just soapy water. Also, the king sized bed in the master that we slept in had pilly sheets so it was uncomfortable to try to sleep without long pants, and the bed mattress kind of felt like it was lumpy. We had a hard time sleeping because of those two things. Also,I thought the listing pictures looked great but the unit was a bit outdated. Lastly, the patio could have used a bit of maintenance. One of the bushes was quite overgrown taking over a lot of the table’s seating space. But, it was a beautiful bush with flowers in bloom! Overall it was a good unit, but a few tweaks and some new sheets could have made it exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, spacious and just perfect for my husband and I as well as our two daughters. The description of the property was accurate. It was close to shopping and to Old Town Scottsdale. There was also a park nearby that was great to walk around and enjoy. Thanks for a great stay

Chaparral park is a short walk from the house and is beautiful. Great location and safe neighborhood.

great central location, close to downtown Scottsdale. Very quiet property. We enjoyed the patio area and living spaces as everything was open and great for hanging with friends and playing games. Wish the pool was heated for the wintertime though! We were ready to swim but came on a cold and rainy weekend

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo's location was perfect for us to attend spring training games at 5 different parks! Malia was wonderful...very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Served our purposes well and we enjoyed our stay for the Taylor Swift concert! Communication was good and condo was clean. Could use a couple more trash bags, but otherwise great!
