WON the supreme award! Modern spacious central home, awesome views over the lake

Beautiful family home in top location, great views, too. The home is managed by a third party and, while we were told by this third party there will be 24/7 support, big note on the kitchen bench with their 24/7 number, when we really really needed it with no hot water and 2 kids under the cold showers - there was no reply to a number of phone calls.It was during the week at around 8pm. We eventually figured it out ourselves. It pains me writing this here as the owners provide a well equipped beautiful home but when professionals, who get paid good money for what they are doing, don't do what they promise, they need to be called out. The home itself deserves 5 stars, the owners deserve 5 stars and the 3rd party provider only gets 3 stars.

The location is brill, the house is extremely comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

We had space for all the family, and the beds were comfortable A daughter left her own mattress protectors on 2 child beds, and sorting that out later with owner was easy

The house met my groups needs beautifully!)The kitchen clock needs new batteries)We felt that the internal door to the garage should have been able to be locked for security reasons.)Gas bottles needed checking and Dishwash tablets needing replaced. Thankyou. A great stay

The location was excellent, and once we had warmed the place up, it was very nice to stay, especially the lounge area. However it was very frustrating to have to bring towels and either bring or rent sheets. As someone who came from overseas, this was not readily accessible. I think the no sheets/towels information should be placed early on the search, not in the final general comment.

My family and I (4 couples) stayed for 3 nights while attending a family wedding held over 2 days.The home was perfect for us, with loads of space for everyone. A great location , a short walk into town and great restuarants and shopping.Will definitely come again.

We absolutely loved our stay. This is the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. The location was completely unbeatable! Amazing deck. Very warm house. Perfect for our group including teens and adults. Excellent large dining table for many hours of evening board games.

A fabulous destination and wonderful holiday stayWith such up and down weather we were so lucky to have a holiday home that was comfortable and warm We were delighted to have the log burner which was a real treat and perfect for those miserable days The home was perfectly situated and was perfect for an extended family we loved the outdoor areas where you could move around to follow the sun or get away from it

Beautifully presented modern home with all facilities. Would have liked a mirror in the bunk room. Needs Street number at the gate.

Just some feedback: - rubbish bins were full - no bin collection instructions - dining area floor was dirty - we left property cleaner than we arrived - blue linen bag was difficult to find Positives: - great location - nice property - nice and cosy

Loved being able to walk everywhere. Fire was awesome. We were a bit confused that the house is listed as 3 bathrooms when it only has two. Otherwise spacious and warm. Great for a family get together.

The property was very clean and had all the necessities for a relaxing break away. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of space, the beds were very comfortable and the showers had great pressure. Lots of spaces to relax in front of the fire! We also thoroughly appreciated the smart tv for our study sessions. Excellent communication from the host and property management team. We had a great time in this gorgeous home!
