* You are on a septic system. Make sure to flush ONLY TOILET PAPER. NO WIPES, TAMPONS, HOPES & DREAMS, UNWANTED ITEMS or EX LOVERS will stay down forever!
* Parking is abundantly accessible on any of the 3 driveways provided with the home, with overflow lots on (1) the grass near the side door beside the trash cans and (2) directly in front of the grey/blue dock.
* You are in a friendly residential neighborhood. However, please no trespassing onto neighboring property.
* This home is located next to wildlife habitat. Enjoy the turtles, deer, and bird watching but do BEWARE of alligators and snakes. PLEASE DO NOT FEED wildlife and keep children supervised at all times.
* PLEASE DO NOT TRASH our wetlands, docks, or waterways. We only can offer this experience to the public if guests respect the amazing access granted here. Please only put cigarette butts/ trash in the outdoor cans, do not flick them into the wetlands or indoor trash bins.
Communication is key! Please do not bring unauthorized pets or guests, and do not trespass (including parking) on neighbors’ property. You may be subjected to a $100 fine for violating any/each of these asks. To avoid this, simply ask ahead of time - thank you!
