Great location and house was exactly as advertised. No issues and enjoyed our stay.

The property was great as usual! This is our 3rd or 4th year of staying there and it’s so spacious-easy for our family to visit with one another!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

The Wisteria House on 12 South was an absolute dream. We had a group of eight for a surprise trip for my boyfriend’s birthday, and everyone was blown away by how beautiful the home was. It was even decorated for Christmas, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that we all loved. We also appreciated how close it was to everything on 12 South. It was just a short walk to amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques. The location truly couldn’t have been better. I can’t say enough good things about this house and its location. We’re already planning to come back and hope to book the same place again. I would highly recommend this home and this company to anyone and everyone! ?

Great stay in a great neighborhood.

The property was very clean and near a good area of food places. It’s a good area to stay in Nashville while still getting enough quiet time to be able to sleep after a night out while not having to go far for your next spot. Everything was a very easy drive away as well. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Will 100% stay again.

Great house in a great location. We were in town to help with our grandkids while their parents were in a wedding. The house was perfect for our needs and walking distance from restaurants, etc. on 12th South. My granddaughter loved the Little Free Library across the street.

Beautiful place to stay

My latest stay was the second time at this location for me and a group of friends. The house itself is nicely renovated, more than large enough (there were seven of us), and situated in a pleasant, walkable neighborhood with quite a few restaurants nearby. The management folks are easy to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. My group already is talking about returning next year.

Amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood

Charming neighborhood and this home had plenty of room and comfortable common spaces. The kitchen is the hub and we tended to gather around the large bar top. Lots of privacy in this warm, inviting home. Would book again.

Six of our family got sick on Xmas without or four great grandchildren and their parents, no really the celebration we had hoped for…. So only three adults spent Saturday night.

Everyone on the trip loved the house. The young boys loved the piano. The grandparents loved the cute houses all over the neighborhood. The uncle loved all the bistro options a short walk away. And I loved that even though all the touristy things were a short drive away, it felt like you were out of the hustle and bustle.

This home is a perfect place to stay if you want to experience Nashville at its best. A short walk to 12S and you experience incredible coffee, a great variety of restaurants, and shopping for everyone. Our family loved it!

We had a wonderful time at this historic property. Grand and spacious--and appreciated the special touches, such as arriving to holiday decor (including a tree decorated with tiny guitar ornaments). Enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee. The neighbourhood is wonderful for walks and the great restaurants, shops, and murals of 12 South are just two blocks away. A trip to Broadway was an easy 7-10 minute Uber. Would definitely return.

We can't thank you enough. This was a great place to stay. So warm and welcoming. The house was very well stocked and ready for us, even had extras in case we forgot anything. We had a full house of guest and still had plenty of room to stretch out and more if needed.

We loved the house and neighborhood. We did a lot of walking around and it's a short walk to Belmont University. It was a nice, relaxing stay!

Wisteria is an amazing house! The owners did a high end renovation of a historic gem. Plus it has a spa like shower and fantastic water pressure. The 12 South neighborhood was the perfect spot for our vacation. It is close enough to Broadway and all the hot spots but in a lovely residential area that offers an oasis from the chaos of the party scene. It is walkable to the restaurants and shops on 12 South which offer an upscale but approachable vibe. If you’re on the fence, just book it! You’ll love it!!
