Stayed Apr 25, 2021Great property - as advertised. It's NEW, and super clean. Completely satisfied with our stay. If I had to leave any sort of negative feedback, and I'm being picky for the sake of others: -Provide a pool skimmer. Lawn company came and tons of clippings/bugs got into the pool. -Super close to the roadway. You can hear road noise from anywhere in the house. -What's with all the fees lol? Read the fine print. Grill cleaning fee? Come on, it's a grill, and there was nothing provided to clean it with. Include it in the standard cleaning fee. Or don't cause it's a grill... Electricity allowance with a heated pool? Roll it in to the daily cost. Guests shouldn't be guessing at how much they owe. Just some constructive feedback for an already great property.

Stayed Apr 3, 2021Our family loved this house ! We where very surprised how house was prepared for our stay. House is very clean, kitchen fully equipped. Kids loved the pool ! House is located within 8-10 minutes from all major stores.Neighborhood is quite and safe Fort Myers beach only 25 minutes away. If we’ll get back to Cape Coral I’m not going even look for any other place. 100% worth the money !!! Management company allowed us to extend our stay when our flight get canceled due to weather conditions. I’ll recommend this house and management to anyone who is looking for house rental in Floryda.
