Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice clean home with plenty of room. Wasn’t to wild about the neighborhood. We rented a home for 2 weeks (14 days) at a certain dollar amount which one would think included all utilities, not here, they make you sign an agreement to pay extra for any electricity over a certain amount! Total electric home with central air, that they recommend thermostat to be set at 75 degrees, in Florida? Heated pool, sucks up a lot of electricity!! And with the check in process, we lost almost a full day by not being allowed to check in by 4:00 PM and then having to be there until 10 AM the next morning to actually get checked in, what a waste of almost a full day! So, we lost 1 day of our vacation, plus we were charged an additional $50 some dollars for electricity - really disappointing in those two aspect - doubt that we’ll be using you all again, thanks for asking!

Stayed Jul 27, 2019Property was great, very comfortable, roomy and clean. Everything worked as expected. House was an enjoyable place for family connection, barbecue dinners and just hanging out.

Stayed Apr 19, 2019He house is smaller then the pictures but it was clean and cozy... the pool was dirty and wasn’t taken care of prior to our arrival. The service is non existent as I tried contacting them and no one would answer. I enjoyed it except... a few mornings I’m talking bet 7-8:30 am there was either someone cutting the grass or spraying and making so much noise this was my vacation with a baby... and they let themselves in to the yard without knocking or anything the pool people arrived 3 days before we left to clean it out she mentioned how filthy and green the water was... she came early and all that kept disturbing our vacation.

Stayed Dec 20, 2018we stayed here during the Christmas holidays and we just loved it.. The house was spotless. Every room had a T.V. except for one.. Up to date appliances. The pool was wonderful and they had a cleaning person that would come out and clean it. We will definitely rent here again. Just loved it, we didn't want to leave.
