What a wonderful place! The photos are lovely, but the home is even nicer in person. While a few areas are starting to look a bit tired, overall the property is absolutely gorgeous, and the view can’t be beat.The neighborhood was very quiet, though snow shoveling does begin in the 5 a.m. hour — the trade-off for cleared walkways, but not ideal if you’re hoping for uninterrupted rest and relaxation on vacation.The gondola is just a few houses away and very convenient for both skiers and non-skiers. We also enjoyed riding it down to the downtown area for shopping and exploring. Just note that the gondola operates on limited hours.The home includes many thoughtful amenities (crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, hair dryers, and travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion). ***Future guests should plan to bring dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and tissues, as these are provided in very limited quantities. We only learned this after running out. At this price point, having these basics fully stocked doesn’t feel like a big ask, and and knowing ahead of time would help guests plan more comfortably.One final, minor note: some of the dishware appeared to be replacement pieces, with items chipped and mismatched. For such a beautiful, high-end property, a refreshed and cohesive set would better match the quality of the home.This is a stunning property in a fantastic location, w/ a few easy updates, it could truly feel exceptional.

Reviewer Comments: the house was simply beautiful and perfectly clean. the only little thing i would’ve liked was filtered water otherwise it exceeded my expectations. the location is great. a little bit of a walk down to the gondola and back up at end of day so not ski in / out but can’t complain about that too much since everything else was so great. We had a couple small issues but the property managers were very responsive. I heard no complaints from my guests. everyone loved the house. boot dryer in garage is junk so we put them in the utility room in garage where water heater is which was very warm little room and that seemed to do the trick.

Great location, home and stay! The location of this house was optimal- just a short walk out the front door to the gondola which was great for our family of four. We had wished the gondola ran for longer hours (9:30 am-5 pm in the summer) and was more reliable (shuts down during thunderstorms) so thankfully the house was walking distance from town! Beds were very comfortable, linens were clean and new. Beautiful kitchen with all appliances and cooking needs met. Check in process was very easy and host was extremely responsive. Only downfalls were that downstairs bedrooms didn’t have blackout blinds, had to start gas range with a lighter, the fireplace would not light after the second day, and the house was warm upon arrival because windows hadn’t been opened to let cool air in and no AC.
