I was disappointed to learn that my messages/emails sent through VRBO were not making it to the property management company. The location was peaceful. Plenty of space for my group of 10. I love that there are mini fridges, plenty of restrooms, and plenty of dishes you can use with flatware, baking sheets, cooking utensils, cookware etc. We loved and appreciated the Christmas tree. I would have appreciated a recycle bin where the community trash was. The trash bins were always full, but we went during Christmas. I highly recommend someone in ownership comes to check in on their home. This home has a lady bug infestation mainly in the upstairs living area in that window facing the front. The downstairs has a strong smell of moisture or mold that is concerning. Stinks badly and felt bad for my family down there. The fireplace down there is what we used to TRY to keep the rooms warm. The PAC MAN machine has had it's abuse with the knob that doesn't go screw back on. The book with the WiFi info and instructions for the home need to be updated and tell guests the use of the key. The water pressure and pipe clogging were a nuisance during our stay. The water takes a minute to get hot. I saw another review mentioning appliance directions and totally agree. Lastly, the cleaners could put more effort in dusting; especially, the lights in bathrooms. The shower/tub had hair left along with smears from wiping the stall where you can see places were not wiped off.
Beautiful, clean home! Loved how every bedroom had its own full bathroom. Home was perfect for young and old.
There were so many things that either didn’t work or were not cleaned. The oven kept giving us an error and wouldn’t work properly, dishwasher arm was broken so it didn’t clean properly which resulted in dirty dishes in cabinets from prior guests, grill didn’t work well and there was an old hot dog on it from previous guests and a puddle of grease under it which is a fire hazard, couldn’t get outside tv to work, some of the toilets had rings and mildew in them from not being cleaned. These are just some of the major problems, but there were other smaller things not mentioned here, but we did report them to management when they called to see how our stay was going. Management was very apologetic and assured us that we would be given a partial refund for the inconvenience. The refund never came and we were never contacted again even though we tried calling again. Also, my daughter left her favorite blanket there that she’s had her entire life. I called about 2 hours after checkout to report it in hopes that the cleaning people collected it. I was told that they would contact the cleaning staff and get back to me. Nobody ever called me back and I talked with the management team twice. Very disappointed with Taylor made rentals and will be sure to select a house from another rental agency on our next trip to deep creek. House is beautiful but unfortunately it is not be maintained properly.
Clean home and lots of fun!!
We brought 4 different families, including 2 teenagers, 2 pre-teens, and 2 five-year-olds and everyone had a great time. We had plenty of space and the house fit us perfectly. The only issue we saw was that the overhead rainfall showerhead in the awesome spa-like bathroom was not working properly. A small inconvenience, but everything else was top-notch. One note for families with toddlers, there is only one room that has a bath tub. The rest are stall type showers. We'd highly recommend the 4 Seasons house!
We had a wonderful time! The house is well equipped and very spacious! We realy enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit/place. Close to Wisp and everything we needed! Would highly recommend!
Tried to reach out to the management company with a question and did not get a response other then “if you want to book a reservation…”. We were leaving in two days for our trip and we ended up having to call to confirm our reservation and get an answer to a coffee pot question. Not very efficient. The place itself was beautiful and comfortable. We had a wonderful time!
Plenty of space for extended family.
