Come build memories at this beautiful lake front house that has SO much to offer for every season. It comes with a slip from May-October, you can lounge on or swim off of our upper/lower deck in the summer. We have 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, floats, etc. that you are able to use. Stayed Feb 12, 2026We had such a wonderful stay at this cottage! Being right on the water was absolutely beautiful — we loved sitting and watching the planes land on the ice airport. It made for such a unique and peaceful backdrop to our trip.The location couldn’t have been better. It was so convenient to Gunstock for skiing, which made getting to and from the mountain quick and easy. We also loved having a great restaurant right next door within walking distance — the food was excellent and it was so nice not having to drive after a long day.The homeowner was incredibly accommodating and responsive to the one issue we experienced. She worked quickly to address it, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back!

Stayed Oct 26, 2023House was nice and well equipped - plenty of beds - and a great view overlooking the lake. Deck and dock slip is very convenient 30 seconds away, but it is across the road so need to be careful crossing. But worked out great for our stay. A very nice boat launch is 1 minute away - but you do need to store your trailer somewhere. Restaurants walking distance - or a 2 minute drive. Owner was very helpful responding to questions. We had a great stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house is beautifully situated on Alton Bay. There was plenty of outdoor space to be able to enjoy the lake and the weather. Karen was very responsive and the house was large with plenty of comfortable places to sleep and relax. The deck space was great to be able to enjoy the nice weather and had plenty of space and seating for everyone staying at the house. Thank you for a great time!
