WineDown in Gulf Shores! 4 BR 3 Bath home perfect for relaxing family getaway

Very nice beach house that has plenty of space for a big family. We really liked the short walk to the beach. This was convenient for us to walk back and forth for lunch so we didnt have to take so many items down to the beach.

We used this property as the overflow for seven people who didn't fit into a larger property where we held a family reunion. It worked out perfectly.

The house is a wonderful set up for families. The owners were the best! Always answered questions quickly. A short walk to the beach and they even had beach chairs and toys!

We really enjoyed our stay at Wine Down. Paul and Stephanie are great host, we didnt need much, but they were very quick to respond when I sent them an email. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect!! We have stayed here twice now, and I will continue to look for this particular listing in the future. It is clean, the location is great, and there’s plenty of room indoors and outdoors to enjoy time with your family! We traveled with ten family members (8 adults, 2 children), and everyone was happy with the restaurants that were close by and easy to get to, the beach access, and the short walk to the Little Lagoon (PERFECT spot for little kids on red flag days)!! I cannot recommend this property enough!

We absolutely love the home. That is what it felt like HOME!! Very comfortable. Plenty of room!! Great walking area with short walk to beach. Friendly. Neighbors who live full time upstairs are wonderful!! Never hear from them unless mutual run in time!! Would love to stay again!!

This house was the perfect location. Across the road from the beach - easy walk and had all the amenities and large deck to sit on at night. Slightly out of town and away from all the main touristy attractions.

My family spent several days here. The place was very spacious and clean and the location was perfect. Will definitely be coming back.

This is our second visit and as before, we loved our stay! The cleanliness of the house is amazing, the new living room suite is so nice and the pull out bed was very comfortable. We will be back!!!

My husband and son stayed at this beach house for the week. The house was very clean and had more than enough space for the three of us. Its location is perfect. It’s quiet and a close walk to the beach. We arrived our dog with us and had plenty of space to walk her. You do have to watch out for the sand spurs. She did get one on her paw. The older gentleman that lives in the upper part of the house is very friendly. My husband enjoyed talking with him.

Clean, convenient location. Easy walk to beach. Everything we needed was there. Well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly.

It was a great place to stay. Short Distance from the beach, perfect size for 7 of us. Owner was awesome with response to a couple questions we had! We highly recommend this place!

Over all property was as described great short walk to the beach would recommend mattress toppers as beds are extremely firm and would suggest fixing leaking faucets and towel racks. Beware property manager/neighbor and friends can be intrusive and somewhat inappropriate didn’t care for that.

We stayed from June 29, 2024 through July 6, 2024 The place worked out great for all of us and the location was perfect. Never a long drive to anything and a short walk to the beach. The owners always replied quickly when I had questions. And the upstairs neighbor, Steve, was always helpful as well. We had a great vacation and a lot of it had to do with the house and location! Looking forward to returning but maybe when it’s a little cooler lol. Thanks for everything!!!

Easy walk to beach. Home was very clean and roomy. May want to consider mattress toppers as all beds were very very firm, hand rails in the showers, and fix leaking faucets. We would definitely stay here again.
