The moment you walk in you will be blown away with the breathtaking vineyard views! The house has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms with a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 8 people. The main level has an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and remodeled kitchen with new stainless steal appliances. Off the kitchen there is an outdoor deck with a jacuzzi, BBQ, sofa lounge, dining table and fire pit. It's the ideal place to stay for outdoor entertaining and fun! Upstairs we have a master bedroom with a king size bed, private balcony and vineyard views with an ensuite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms on the upper floor with queen beds and they share a full bathroom. All of the beds have down comforters, down pillows and soft luxury sheets. We have the game corn hole and lawn bocce ball if the weather is nice and you want to play in the backyard. There are more games in the garage with pop a shot, a pool table and ping pong. We have a play and pack crib for families traveling with a baby.
We also have wine tasting vouchers at 8 different wineries giving you free tastings or 2 for 1 tastings. We offer VIP wine tasting experiences at Christopher Creek winery that is 5 min away from the house.
We are dog friendly but charge a $50 cleaning fee.
For the wine lovers this is only 10 minutes to Healdsburg Plaza and plenty of local wineries near by to enjoy.
For the outdoor lovers this is one block over from the Foothill Regional Park with 211 acres of wilderness in the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains. The park features three ponds for bass and bluegill fishing and plenty of trails for hiking and biking.
We spent a quick holiday getaway at this property and it was the perfect place to spend a few days. We were close to wine tasting, a great brewery, and hiking. The big dining table was great for cards. We also managed to use the spa even though we had rain. The house layout is good too. Highly recommend.
Beautiful view, loved the hot tub, and the big dining table was perfect for family style dinners with our whole group
Clean property that worked well for our event in Sonoma wine country
Very nice house, good location. Beautiful view of a vineyard behind the house. Would definitely stay there again. Close to a grocery store, good brewery / restaurant. Close to wineries.
It was a perfect place to stay for 4 girls. Beautiful view with coffee in morning, comfortable beds. Was a bit warm when returning to home in evenings.
Great place for families, central location, lovely backyard and definitely take the owner's recommendation for a wine tasting at Christopher creek!
Wonderful property. Loved the home library!
2 days to visit Jazz Festival in Healdsburg. Convenient and quiet
The vineyard is beautiful and the backyard is very private. We enjoyed traveling around and loved the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve.
Location was good. Enjoyed the hot tub, proximity to hiking, grocery store, etc. However, pillows in bedrooms need replacing and guest bathroom shower facet needs to be replaced. Window coverings made the rooms appear darker (cheap). The view of the vineyard was unexpectedly amazing, particularly in the evening. We found it odd no tvs in the bedrooms. Nonetheless we had a great time. Appreciate the Christopher Creek tasting. Nice wine & gorgeous views. ?Thanks
We stayed for a month, with our family for part of the time. The house works well for 2-3 couples or a larger family, with room to separate when needed. The location is great - great neighbors, close to parks, convenient to shopping, easy access to wineries, and with a lovely vineyard view out the back. Also, our property manager was extremely prompt and responsive and helpful. We recommend to contact the property manager in advance to ensure the house is ready. The house was a bit of work in progress for us. Workmen came twice for overdue repairs; an appliance needed replaced; utensils were missing. These are now fixed, but several repairs remain to be done - not critical but definitely inconvenient for the next guest - so check first with property manager. Of special note: make sure the dining chairs no longer sag too low for the dining table. With these corrections, the house is definitely worth the price and worth your time.
The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. Great view from the master bedroom balcony.
Great for 2 couples who enjoyed proximity to Healdsburg, wineries and the delightful hiking trails within a few blocks of the house. It’s in a very residential area in Windsor, which made it easy to order DoorDash for dinner one night. We didn’t really cook so can’t comment on the kitchen. Comfy beds. Smart TV. Good value all around!
This is our third time staying at your lovely house and our first time in autumn. We enjoyed the beautiful red leaves from the 2nd bedroom window. We'll be back! Thank you, Lisa!
The three of us took a trip here to enjoy wine country. The location was great, close to restaurants and many wineries. We also enjoyed hiking in the morning at the park that was a block away. We enjoyed the hot tub and the house was nicely appointed and clean. The third bedroom was small so we ended up sharing the closet space in the master bedroom. Ideal for our girls trip or maybe two couples.
Really felt like the spirit of VRBO - beautiful, clean, well stocked house where we were able to feel at home while on vacation. My spouse and I traveled with our two children (6 months and 2.5) and my parents (the grandparents). We took the master bedroom and set the crib up in there - plenty of space and dark curtains for baby napping. My parents had one of the other rooms and our toddler was in the 3rd room (we sleep him in queen beds on vacation and stuff pillows under the sheet to make bumpers). Check in was so easy. The house is in a cute neighborhood and accessible to everything you need (grocery, fast casual food, pharmacy, restaurants, Starbucks). And also close to everything you want - vineyards! We did Francis Ford Coppola - highly recommend as a family friendly vineyard. The downstairs is great, open concept.. Big windows that have an amazing view of the sunset over vineyards (her pictures are accurate!) The garage is empty if you do want to pull a vehicle in there. The slipcovers are all white which I was definitely nervous about with a 2.5 year old but Lisa left easy instructions and the one incident we had was very easy to clean. The back patio is lovely. Somehow we didn’t make it into the hot tub but we opened it and tested the water and it would have been wonderful.
Great location in Sonoma County. We rented the house with friends and used it as a base for wine tasting through out Sonoma County and Napa. House is located near a very nice park called Foothills. We took hikes in the park several times during our stay. Backyard of property is very pretty. It backs up to a vineyard. It was also very nice that the owner provided 2 for 1 wine tasting coupons for several wineries including VML which I highly recommend. A few considerations for changes at the house. The shower heads are a bit low on the wall. The dining room chair seats are to low for the table.
