This single-story farmhouse sleeps up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire property — no shared spaces. Your access includes:

- Full main house (all bedrooms, living areas, chef`s kitchen, and bathrooms)

- Private BBQ grill and custom smokehouse

Self check-in is available via smart lock — your access code will be sent prior to arrival.

Other things to note
For your awareness, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras in outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the home. Camera locations are disclosed in the Airbnb app.

Please be respectful of the surrounding hillside community and keep noise levels appropriate during evening and nighttime hours.

CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT
- Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
- Checkout: 10:00 AM or earlier
- Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.

GUEST LIMIT
- Maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests.
- All guests must be listed at the time of booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval.

PARKING
- Up to 4 vehicles may park in the driveway.
- DO NOT PARK ON THE LAWN OR STREET unless otherwise arranged with the host in advance.

NOISE MONITORING
- Noise levels must remain under 80dB at all times during your stay. Our property is equipped with noise monitoring devices.
- If noise issues persist after notification, guests are subject to a $200 fine per subsequent notification.

QUIET HOURS
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- EXCESSIVE NOISE, OUTDOOR AMPLIFIED MUSIC, OR LOUD GATHERINGS DURING QUIET HOURS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

HOT TUB
- The hot tub is for registered guests only; no outside visitors.
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS IN OR NEAR THE HOT TUB.
- Please shower before entering.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or near the hot tub.
- Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have consumed excessive alcohol.
- Do not adjust chemical levels, temperature settings, or tamper with any equipment.
- COVER MUST BE REPLACED ON THE HOT TUB AFTER EVERY USE.

FIRE PIT
- Use the fire pit responsibly and never leave an active fire unattended.
- Fully extinguish the fire before going to bed or leaving the outdoor area.
- NO OPEN FLAMES DURING FIRE BANS OR HIGH WIND ADVISORIES. Check local conditions before use.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the fire at all times.

GAME ROOM
- Please treat the pool table and all game equipment with care.
- DO NOT PLACE FOOD, DRINKS, OR SHARP OBJECTS ON THE POOL TABLE FELT.
- Report any damage to equipment immediately.

SMOKING
- SMOKING AND VAPING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED EVERYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY — inside the home, outside the home, on the patio, in the yard, and on all grounds. This is an absolute no-exception policy.
- Any evidence of smoking or vaping anywhere on the property will result in a $500 fine.
- Cigarette butts, ash, packaging, or any other smoking-related litter found anywhere on the property constitutes evidence of a smoking violation and will result in the same fine.

PET POLICY
- Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome. All pets must be registered at the time of booking.
- Pets must be kept on a leash or under control in outdoor areas.
- DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED INSIDE THE HOME FOR EXTENDED PERIODS.
- Clean up after your pets — both indoors and outdoors.
- Each unregistered pet found on the property will result in a $200 fine per pet.
- Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage to the property.

KITCHEN & COMMON AREAS
- Please clean up after cooking and leave the kitchen in the condition you found it.
- Please run the dishwasher before checkout if used.
- Do not leave food out overnight.

LAUNDRY
- In-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use.
- Please do not leave laundry unattended for extended periods.

TRASH & RECYCLING
- ALL trash and recycling must be properly sorted and taken down to the designated bins at the bottom of the property before checkout. Do not leave trash bags at the door, on the porch, or anywhere on the grounds.
- Failure to bring trash to the correct bins at the bottom of the property will result in a $100 cleanup and sorting fee charged to the guest.
- LITTERING ON THE PROPERTY IS NOT PERMITTED. Guests found leaving trash, litter, or debris anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors — will be charged a $100 litter cleanup fee.

DAMAGE POLICY
- Please report any damage or maintenance issues promptly via Airbnb messaging.
- Unreported damage will be paid at the guest`s expense.

EVENTS & PARTIES
- No events, parties, or large gatherings beyond the registered guest count are permitted without prior written approval.

GENERAL
- No illegal activity of any kind is permitted on the property.
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party.
- Ascend Vacation Properties reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the property without refund for violation of any house rules.

    House was as it is in the pictures. It is a bit quirky but worked great for us. Solid neighbor and we really enjoyed the stay. Host was excellent and helpful. All in all: Excellent.

    A house with many rooms and secret back stairways created a fun place to explore. We were in town for a family wedding. Plenty of room for ten adults. We enjoyed the hot tub and the attic fitness center is a nice touch! Thanks, Scott!

    The house had everything you could need. The family enjoyed their walks to coffee shops, a park, restaurants and pubs. Parking was never a challenge. The hosts were only a phone call or text away and offered us suggestions to restaurants. The backyard was prefect for our pet dog. There was even a swing for our visiting granddaughter.

    We were in Milwaukee for a family Christmas and The Howell House was an excellent choice for us. Scott was attentive and helpful, the house was really clean and classy. Kitchen and linens were well stocked. All the little nooks around the house made for really fun play for the kids. All in all a great experience!

    The property is amazing, full of ways to spend time and relax together as a group, enjoy the hot tub, catch a workout, and explore a fun and vibrant neighborhood of Milwaukee. Communication was great, and we are definitely interested in having our annual girls weekend here again!

    This house was perfect for our stay in Milwaukee. Lots of bedrooms and it seemed we found new rooms every time we walked around. the deck was the favorite place to hang out and catch up. Very close the the stadium and the college (both places that we visited). Will definitely book this place again on our return visit. The Host was fantastic and very quick to answer any questions that we had.

    The listing of beds does not match the actual house which was extremely disappointing for my family. The listing said there would be 1 king, 3 queens, 1 double and a room with two twins. Instead there was 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 4 twins. Did not work out well at all for our family situation. There are also lots of spiders in this house.

    Excellent location. Very spacious. Great workout room, which was utilized by some of our family members. Nice surprise to find a Pack-n-Play was there for our use. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. Also the host was very responsive.

    Our family (group of 11) loved staying at Howell House! The house had tons of space and the room situation worked out great as we had parents, grandparents, kids 3-11. Loved the backyard for hanging out and then we could all fit around dining table inside too. Neighborhood was perfect! We walked a few times to Humboldt park for kids to play and for a cool summer concert Tuesday night (beer garden too!). The house had everything we needed and owners were quick to communicate with us if we had questions about house or things to do in area. We would recommend and love to visit again!

    Great size, space, location for group events 9/10 Only suggestions: Spray down deck furniture for use-lots of spiders, dirty so area was not useful but set up so inviting Tell your guests about hot tub fee ahead of time Outlet in single upstairs bedroom does not work Lower round black swing it was fun Need tongs Perks ?hot tub, fire pit, outside chairs for fire pit, kitchen stocked, amount of towels, bath tissue, bath supplies, laundry on site, close to stadium, shopping & restaurants. House was super unique and perfect for large group! We had a great time & would book again ?
