Wine Country Estate with Vineyard Views, Pool, Spa, Fire-pit, 4 bedroom Suites

Host was great and responsive! Views were epic and the pool area was fantastic!

Beautiful house. We were there for a Friendsgiving. We appreciated the bedrooms all had an ensuite and were separated for privacy. The kitchen was large and had an open concept flow throughout. Just a heads up - check in times are firm. When they say 4pm, they mean it. The deadbolt is on a timer. Keep in mind if traveling from out of the area. We arrived 20 minutes early and had to wait. We use VRBOs all the time traveling with friends, and are used to house rules. I think asking guests to strip beds and start a load of laundry is a bit excessive when also charging a cleaning fee, a deposit, AND mandatory insurance (in additionto typical requests like take out trash, etc). Use of the spa was included in the price but there are no temperature controls, only on and off. Lastly, when they give you directions and mention a large dip at the entrance, they mean it. It is a storm channel. We were there with some rain and it was muddy too. Take it easy.

Stephanie was very helpful gave us great suggestions on food and wine she was very responsive with questions,the home was very well appointed great kitchen , views overall a great place to stay with a group or family!Beautiful pool and hot tub,great location!

The house is beautiful! Had all of the amenities you could ask for! There was an issue with check in and the door key pad not working but the house manager was easy to get a hold of and helped us get in with ease.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described, and the home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. From the clean and welcoming space to the well-stocked amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this property to others and would gladly stay here again!

It was a beautiful property with more than enough space! So peaceful. We had an absolute wonderful time. Plenty of fun; pool table, ping pong table, foos ball. Spent plenty of time in the pool & hot tub!!!

We loved everything about our stay. The house was perfect for a girls family trip. Close to wineries and restaurants. Home is on top of a hill with privacy and great views. Host was responsive. Beds were comfortable. Two people slept on cots for one night and they said they were comfortable. Hot tub heated up quickly!

Absolutely the best rental I’ve ever stayed in! Spacious, with plenty of extra beds if needed, and the backyard view is simply stunning. I’d recommend this place without hesitation—10 out of 10!

This was a great property! However make sure to fully read the listing I had to talk with the manager multiple times to confirm hot tub usage and fees! End of the day she was very accommodating and we were able to use the hot tub as its stated in the listing included just don't leave it on overnight. It didn't work for the first few hours of our stay, but Stephanie made sure to get some pool people out there to fix it! Shout out to Anthony and Jack who were awesome! Also the cots are not the best so if you plan to have peopleSleep in them we'd suggest an airbed but the rest of the rooms were so comfy and there is no lack of bathrooms which is nice! We'd definitely come back!

Loved the location and the layout of the house. Needs a little updating (furniture, paint, etc). Kitchen nicely stocked. Too cold for the pool during our visit but loved the hot tub.

Everything was quite lovely. The barbecue grill needs repairing. one of the burners was out and wouldn't heat up enough to grill. Also owner should put in water heating pumps. Wasted a lot of water waiting for water to heat up, especially in kitchen. Dish washer wouldn't run properly unless we ran water in sink to get it hot before running dishwasher. Outside light bulbs need replacing in back.

Great 4 bedroom house, each with it's own en-suite bath. Quiet location close to the wineries.

Generous sized bedrooms with rollaway beds provides flexibility for an extended family gathering. Large kitchen was great for preparing meals and game room/garage provided some indoor activities with billiards, foosball, and ping pong. Multiple social areas indoors and outdoors. Double fenced backyard good area for dogs during the day.

Great location, beautiful house with amazing views!

Spacious enough for the 10 of us. Love the kitchen layout- very open and plenty of seating at the bar area. They were lacking frying pans, dishwashing pods, and a can opener but host was able to provide after being notified. The carpet isn't pristine and there were old stains on it- could probably be updated and replaced to lighten up the place. Views were super nice but be warned, there are no umbrellas outside on the pool deck and the only real shade is under the porch area, which is very large. I really wished the owners would invest in some umbrellas-- I was somewhat local, so I hauled two of mine in because I was informed ahead of time. Overall, it is a very nice home and the rooms are huge- plenty of roll away beds if you need them. (Not the most comfortable, but they did the job) We enjoyed our stay and loved that we could all sit at the same dining table and be together in the open kitchen. No one felt like they were on top of each other. There is an extra fridge in the garage which was very helpful.

Very nice property, rooms are huge with lots of space each with their own private bathroom. Kitchen is gorgeous, especially if you want to entertain. It’s the perfect set up. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Got to watch the full moon come up over the canyon and watch it from the hot tub. It was perfect.

We cannot say enough good things about this property!!! Each of the 4 king suites is so quiet that you will not hear anyone in the other suites (we had two children under 2). The layout is conducive to group events like playing games and watching movies. The kitchen is excellent, as is the grill and fire pit (we cooked a lot and made smores). There are two refrigerators (one in the garage). The pool is wonderful as is the connected spa. Great view into a valley. There are so many wineries in the area (we did several) and great Texas BBQ at the Swing Inn Cafe. Costco, WINCO, and Baron's are all nearby. We also went to St Catherine of Alexandria Parish for Sunday mass (very convenient). The property owners were so easy to work with. I cannot imagine anyone who would not love this property. Book it!!

Property is exactly as described. Check in process was easy (even in the midst of a delayed arrival due to CrowdStrike outage). House was very spacious and clean, view is spectacular, and pool was very nice and large with lots of room to sit in and around it. Plenty of pool towels and extra bath towels. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a big, beautiful, comfortable home. It was perfect for our family with one teen and a 5 year old to have fun and spend time together. There needs to be some sort of shade provided when using the pool, there is a big covered area but if trying to watch kids swimming an umbrella wo
