Stayed Nov 25, 2023We loved this clean & cozy spot! The location is perfect to explore the surrounding areas. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials and had many coffee options to choose from! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom has been tastefully updated. We loved the large, fenced in backyard for our small dog. We didn't use the outdoor grill, but what a great option to have! Easy process to check in and out, and the host responded promptly to my rare inquiry. Overall we had a very comfortable stay!

Stayed Sep 9, 2023Check-in process and communications were great! Property was in good shape, off-street parking in an open-faced garage, nice, quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable, but a little small for 2 big people like us (both 6 foot). Everything worked fine for us. The location was great for visiting Morro Bay, as it is an easy 15 minute drive through a very scenic canyon area. Price was reasonable, and saved $$ compared to Morro Bay. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jan 3, 2019Do not rent from this owner. 1) A little less then a month before we arrived, we asked the owner to shorten our 2 month stay by one month. The owner responded by canceling our entire stay and kept our deposit. Only with VRBO's help did we get my reservation reinstated. 2) The heater in the unit did not work properly and the place was very cold. Only after 1.5 months of our 2 month stay did he get it fixed. 3) The TV gets only 2 stations CBS news and Netflix and these would stop working at random times with a no internet connection error. 4) The clothes washer and drier are in a dirty basement and are coin operated. 5) The unit has no dish washer and the sink did not have a stopper, which we had to buy. 6) The neighbors three large dogs bark constantly. 7) The owner did not return our damage deposit, claiming that some how we caused the pipes in the kitchen sink to rust out. Even though we did not have any problem with the kitchen sink drain. There must be a reason that there are no reviews for this property. The owner must be able to block unfavorable reviews.
