The location is great. The unit is functional. Some Windows open but don’t close, are broken. Kitchen drawers and cabinets are old. Trash can area is in poor condition. Grill doesn’t function well at all. Downstairs hallway area for skis is tight, too small. Kids sleeping area is set up strangely with bathroom at the exterior door. Kids wanted to sleep on the couch as they found their mattresses uncomfortable. We are active people and are out a lot hiking and skiing. Without that it would be too small to be insi

The condo was in good condition, great location, and very comfortable. It has a beautiful view of Mount Royal. Right next to the bike/walking trail. Close to interstate 70.

Our weekend day was outstanding. We went out there for a wedding. The place had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Great place for my family of 4. Free shuttle to Breck and Copper Mountain was just outside the front door. Would stay again.

Condo was perfect. Close to town, easy to get to, clean and had all the things needed in the kitchen to cook for 4 adults.

Excellent location for hitting up Copper! Free shuttle picks you up across the st. Downtown is half mile up main st. No complaints. Hot tub is in an adjacent bldg

Accurately represented, decent location.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 on our first ski trip to Copper Mountain. We loved the ample storage for the ski gear, along with the location so close to the shuttle stop. Beautiful view of Mount Royal behind the back deck. Frisco is a cute town and you can walk to restaurants and shops. The kitchen had plenty of tools and the wood-burning fireplace was great. We'd love to return!

Location was great, super easy to jump on the 70. Nice light in the upstairs living area. Master bedroom bed was just right, not too firm! Steps from a great paved pathway.

Comfortable, spacious, and close to town and bike path is just outside the back door. We rode the triple bypass and the location was great that we drop off unwanted clothing and short break before continuing to Avon. On our last day, we hiked Mount Royal just steps from the condo. Thank you Summit Rental for great customer service. We will definitely stay here again next time.
