Stayed Feb 18, 2023Great house for a family vacation to Disney. A couple of minor issues during the stay, but all were taken care of quickly. Keep in mind if you want the pool and hot tub heated you have to pay for the heating cost. I would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 13, 2021This house was filthy. Fingerprints on the tables,food stuck on kitchen counters and what looked like feces on the bathroom wall. Floors were filthy and everything was covered in a thick layer of dirt. The bedroom carpets and throw rugs were so dirty I wore flip flops when walking on them. Green loveseat has a huge yellow stain on it. Toilet seat was falling off, shower handle was moldy, bedroom sliding glass door was off its tracks, and pool alarms were broken. Cookware was dirty, old and unusable as were the nasty dollar store utensils. The coffee maker still had coffee in it from the last guest. Management company did replaced all the kitchenware when I complained but that took up a whole day of my vacation. Washing machine had hair and dirt from previous tenants. Dryer filter had the last renters lint and was full of holes. There is confetti on an upstairs window ledge that looks like it has been there for months. There was a sign in the kitchen that detailed the TV's and baby furniture and instructed me to check and see if any of it had been stolen by their previous guests. This alone tells me they do nothing between renters, otherwise they could check themselves. The screens around the pool aren't maintained and every day the first hour was spent cleaning the bugs out of the pool. You have to pay seperately for heat for the pool and hot tub but they have the hot tub on a timer so it never actually heats up and only cycles hot water through the pool every time it shuts off. The Cable had HDMI channels but the TV's were all hooked up via analog cable so every television had a blurry picture. The gameroom, which was one of the main reasons I rented, was unusable. The pool table is destroyed, it looks nothing like the pictures. The felt has holes and the bumpers are dead. The air hockey table is also broken and shoots the puck out the bottom under the table. The barstools were broken and taken by maintanence saying they would be replaced. The room itself is extremely dark with only a single light fixture, nothing like the picture. They claimed they would replace the pool table on Monday and just ignored me the rest of the week. There were zero cleaning supplies but plenty of dirt. I spoke to Russ who is the manager at Global and requested a partial refund due to the condition of the property. He claimed they would fix the issues and blew me off. It's clear no one cares for this house. Go elsewhere!

Stayed Aug 23, 2021Great experience, great property, amazing communication. only propblem was our pool heat didnt work after we paid for it. I was informed i would get a refund for the cost. other than that, a great experience.

Stayed Jul 18, 2021We stayed a week at the property and loved it. The house was clean and the location was great. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back again.
