Windsor Hills Retreat (Free Water Park & Resort)

We always enjoy our stays at Windsor Hills and although here was nothing really 'wrong' with this townhouse, it just needed a bit of a sprucing up! The stove and microwave should be replaced, and the home would look so much more inviting by updating the couch and drapes. Also, the carpet in the downstairs bedroom needs a thorough cleaning. But the price was extremely fair and in the past, we have paid a lot more for a 'prettier' rental, so it just depends on what your expectations are. The best thing about this townhouse was how close it was to the clubhouse.

The overall resort was awesome. The house was dirty. We arrived around 4-5pm and got comfortable for the evening. I was bearfoot for the evening and by the time I went to bed my feet were black. It just felt like the house was completely dirty. We washed the bedding the next day. Stove should be replaced too. The couch is dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced. The tub faucet is falling off as well. Host offered me a very small rebate, ( which I am not allowed to post ). I didn’t even respond to the host as I thought that was a slap in the face. Overall we will go back to the resort but won’t be staying at this house again.

We enjoyed our stay in June 2023. This property was very near Disney - we were able to come and go one day when it was very warm. Our kids thought having the small pool out back was great and the water park is very close and was a great place to spend the hot days. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to stay. We had a little trouble with check in - only my name was at the gate. My husband dropped me for groceries and went to open up but they wouldn't let him in. Ensure all adults are included. The list also says that there is a King Bed on the First Floor. I understood this to meet Main Level. The Queen Bed is on the Main level and the King and two Twins are upstairs. We weren't comfortable with our 12 year old daughter alone on the ground floor while we all slept upstairs so we shared a Queen bed for 10 days while she got a King all to herself upstairs - bummer!

This was a perfect size resort and location. Property manager was extremely prompt to respond to every item. Highly recommend.

The property was clean, spacious and well kept. It was close to the Club house which we did not know when booking but realized how wonderful the placement was since we spent a lot of time by the pool. The pool at the property itself was way too cold to swim in, that was the only draw back with this property. Everything else was wonderful
