Guest Access

As a guest at the villa, you will have free access to all Windsor Hills community amenities, including the resort pool, kids water park, fitness center, cinema, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, clubhouse, and convenience store.

Other Things to Note

Optional pool heat and spa heat are available for forty dollars per day plus tax and must be added for the entire stay. To heat the spa, the pool heater must be turned on.

Windsor Hills registration requires an electronic parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking so we can send your parking pass.

Important Notice Regarding Resort Maintenance

Please note that the Windsor Hills Resort waterslides and splash pad will be closed for scheduled maintenance approximately from January 5, 2026 through February 16, 2026, weather permitting. During this time, the main resort pool, clubhouse, marketplace, fitness center, and arcade will remain open and fully operational.
