The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from Disney, which made getting to the parks quick and incredibly convenient, especially with kids. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, safe, and full of top-notch amenities that kept everyone entertained during our downtime.The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the private pool was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). We loved having room to relax after long park days, and the layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space.The owners were friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in making sure guests have a great experience. We truly felt at home and will absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for the perfect family getaway near Disney, this Windsor Hills house is it!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Loved this property! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The gameroom was amazing for the kids. Pool, air hockey arcade games and more! Game room also had ac. Heated spa. This home is in a great area eating, dining and shopping. The resort has a small gym, arcade room and water park. The house was entertaining enough the kids opted to enjoy themselves at the house. We did visit the welcome center and waterpark area briefly. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Thank you for extending your home and providing an amazing relaxing experience for my family!

Stayed Feb 19, 2025Family from upstate New York, Kissimmee and Miami gathered together to enjoy Disney and Legoland. The home was very clean, had the needed bed and bath combinations to accomodate the adults. The two children truly enjoyed the game room (as did a couple of the adults!). Home was well maintained and equiped with necessary kitchen needs. A couple of questions we had regarding the house were answered fully and very timely. Would truly stay again.

Stayed Feb 11, 2025Our family had a wonderful stay at the Windsor HIlls Resort. The house was very clean, well stocked with towels and bedding, and very spacious. The pool at the house was very clean, and comfortably heated with the added bonus of being a salt water (rather then chlorinated) pool. The community pool was also very nice. The pools were both well maintained. The neighborhood itself was quiet and very family friendly. Our granddaughter enjoyed several of the playgrounds interspersed around the resort. Only downside - not much for starter supplies in the kitchen. Tough when you have had a long day of travel, arrive late and just want a cup of coffee. There were several coffee makers, but no starter coffee. Some of the cooking/frying pans were also subpar. Overall our stay was very good and we would definitely return to Windsor Hills again.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024House was great, plenty of room for the 10 of us. Kids loved the pool, swam all day. Appliances all worked well, everything was as described. The amenities at the club house were also fantastic, nice pools, splash pad, slides. Restaurant had decent food and specialty coffees as well.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024The house was exactly as described on the listing. It was spacious and the heated pool and grill inclusions were a big bonus for my family. Below are the reasons I gave it 4 stars, but it was closer to a 3.5 with inconvenience of #3: 1. The property management company was very responsive and thorough; however, they sent me the rental agreement via email. I was traveling for work and forgot it about. Then, two days before my arrival I received a text message saying unfortunately we are going to have to cancel your reservation because you haven't completed you reservation agreement. My only recommendation is to call first. Not everyone is on their phones 24/7, maybe someone overlooked the email, maybe someone fell ill and is in the hospital. Before you instantly go to cancel a reservation make an attempt to call the person first. That's just common courtesies and good business practices. 2. Although the house appeared cleaned, there were white stains on the bedding in one of the beds in the Harry Potter room. When we went to wash them we realized there wasn't any laundry detergent (see comment #3). My son slept on covers we brought from home. 3. Although there a lot of dishes and pots provided. There wasn't enough household items / necessities to accommodate a reservation for 10 people for 4 days and 3 night. For example: no laundry soap was provided, there is one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, they only provided 4-5x /13 gallon trash bags and a baby sized dish soa

Ken was super helpful even made some suggestions for activities.. one of the best experiences we’ve had on vacation I recommend this home to anyone reading this review

Stayed May 5, 2024The villa was brilliant. It was in the perfect location- so close to Disney, restaurants and shops. The house was so clean and tidy and we enjoyed each bedroom having its own bathroom. The pool was great to relax after a day at the parks - it had sun on the pool all day. There was a shaded area to sit outside and watch tv in comfort. We all enjoyed the games room with large projector TV. The host Ken was amazing! The best host we’ve ever had! He replied to emails straight away and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this villa and we will hopefully return in the future!
