Beautiful home in an excellent location

We loved this property. Such a gorgeous place to stay and the views are unreal. We sat in the breakfast room in comfy chairs, staring through a massive picture window watching the tides come in and out, seeing many species of birds and water fowl. Beautiful trees, a screened in porch - there was so much to do in this lovely vintage beach home My only issue was booking through VRBO, then having to communicate with another company, which is not even the management company! Getting details regarding the property was tedious and they basically said call the company if this answer isn’t enough for you. We were told in one message that all of the bedrooms were on one level, and I was absolutely on two. I asked to know what shared bathrooms. Wrong info again. The listing had the correct beds listed but then another description on the page had different sizes listed (the house has two double beds, not queen beds) there are no queen beds at all. When it came time to pay, I had to spend hours figuring out who to call, when they were open, what I needed to do. Turned out I had to go and pay at the rental office and not on VRBO. It was quite stressful and inconvenient The house was lovely, the communication left a lot to be desired. The actual ladies running the property management company were very nice and helpful. Part of the beauty of VRBO is getting quick texts back rather than calling and having to go to offices. But this was a great home for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. We fell in love with the house and it's location. Took advantage of the dock with crabbing and taking out Kayaks.

We absolutely loved everything about this house! The views are beautiful and the house was clean and cozy. The check in process was very easy. We hope to go back again.

We had a tidally awesome vacation at your home & will cherish the memories we made forever. Our favorite part was being a short kayak excursion away from the Ocean. Riding the tide to and from the beach gives lazy river vibes & I personally loved less paddling. The views are amazing. Even though we had some evening storms it was nice to safely watch lightning from the porch. That leads me to the wildlife. Wow!!! We saw so many animals, including a bobwhite quail, wild turkey, deer, & even an otter. The otter had itself a snack on the neighbors dock. It was neat watching it dive for food. Speaking of snacks… having several store options not far away made it easy to keep our necessities stocked. Loved the spacious kitchen a lot. Our choice to stay at Windows on the Water was fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay, the listing should clarify that access to the pool is a good 10-15 minute ride away. The yard also was a bit of a mess with dog feces. The smoke detectors were also not connected and it took a few days for the property manager to address but overall we enjoyed our stay and the interior of the house was clean and expansive,.

Lovely location on the Marsh where you can watch Egrets, herons, and birds from the peaceful screened porch. The house is large and comfortable. We had only one issue with all of the fire alarms going off and not being able to reach the manager.
