Stayed Dec 11, 2025Interesting decor, comfortable beds and very clean. More personal decor than other rentals. We did have problems with parking and getting to the door. I must utilize a walker, the walkway was difficult to maneuver because of metal cross ridges and ahrubbery. The driveway

Stayed Oct 3, 2025This bungalow is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The house is charming. The location is great for exploring Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas. We loved spending time on the screened porch. Communication with Sandra was great. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025This is a very unique and special home, in a very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the U of A. We rented Sandra’s home for two weeks to bridge the gap between work starting and before our daughters apartment lease was available. This charming home is clearly well cared for and loved. It feels cozy and comfortable from door to door. Comfortable beds, plenty of space to stretch out, a lovely screened in porch our back, and the KITCHEN! The kitchen is a throw back in time to when houses were homes and the family always dined in. It is cozy, very well stocked, and just so quaint. It really brought me back to my grandmothers home in Ohio, a place I haven’t thought about in years, what a lovely memory. Thank you Sandra for opening your personal space for us to enjoy.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024My partner and I spent Thanksgiving week in Fayetteville, traveling in from Austin-Texas, to visit family. The home is an absolute treasure. A beautiful historic bungalow, located near the town square with lots of great shopping, dining, and Wilson Park practically in the back yard, great for casual strolls each day. The house is impeccably furnished with comfortable, yet stylish pieces, and lovely art and books in abundance. The beds and bedding are lush and comfortable as well as being a very quiet neighborhood...we slept like babies each night for the whole week. It was well appointed in every way, from the kitchen, to the dining, living, bedrooms and bath. We brought our own cookware, because, with other rentals we have often found what is available lacking, but not so here. This owner's Fayetteville retreat felt like home and we need not have bothered driving half of our kitchen over 1,000 miles, there and back...I will know next time, no need to bring anything other than expectations of a wonderful, relaxing, and fun filled time with family and friends. We hosted Thanksgiving there for 8 and had plenty of room for dining at the table, as well as lounging in the living room after our meal, before a leisurely walk in the nearby park. Coffee at the breakfast nook each morning was a treat as well. We have very high standards and a FIVE stars rating is completely heartfelt. Looking forward to our next visit, staying again in this gem of a retreat. Sincerely, Jim&Eddie

Stayed Oct 25, 2024This place was magnificent! Inside and out. Furnished with great taste and very clean. The beds were super comfy. We loved the variety of artwork and the bathroom vanity that was lit from underneath. That was so cool. The gardens were simple, beautiful and well maintained. The outdoor space was lovely, peaceful and a great place to hang out. I’d write more but having a challenging time paging down in this app.

Stayed Oct 21, 2024Our expectations were exceeded. Perfect location - everything we wanted to visit was easily accessible. Sandra was quick to respond to our question. The house was welcoming, comfortable, quiet, and oh, so clean. The beds were comfortable and very well dressed. Extra pillows, blankets, and throws, were all provided. The towels were thirsty and there was plenty of hot water. Televisions were easy to use and the selection of services was ample. If you are fortunate enough to visit this lovely bungalow, I highly recommend taking a moment to sit out on the screened-in back porch and listen to the chiming church bells in the distance. Just take a deep breath and.....be.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Quick weekend trip up the mountain to visit Crystal Bridges and we were welcomed the instant we walked in. Such a lovely home, I could live on the back screened in porch.
