Overpriced for condition of the property. Duct tape on the screen door, lawn wasn't mowed, broken bar stool (very broken, sister in law was lucky she caught herself). Personal mementos and outdated furniture and decor. Charged an exorbitant deposit compared to any rental we've ever had.

This property is about half way between Klamath Falls and Crater Lake, which worked out well for us because we visited Tule Lake American Concentration camp. It was clean and quiet. The A/C is a swamp cooler, but there are lots of fans. There were a couple of issues but management was very cooperative in correcting them. Crater lake is amazing, make sure to visit.

4th or 5th stay at this home. Love the remote setting, quietness, and river access. The host communication is always wonderful. The house has everything needed for an extended stay.

This home is great. We stayed here for 10 days while attending an event at Train Mountain. The location was very convenient and the home felt totally comfortable. It is very spacious and very “homey.” The décor is not modern, if that matters to anyone, but it just makes it feel more comfortable. The management company was extremely responsive to the few small issues we had, even keeping us informed when there was a power failure in the area for a few hours. Some outside areas could use some sprucing up, so first impressions might be a bit skewed, but that really did not detract from our enjoyment.

Cute home tucked away at a convenient distance from both Crater Lake and Klamath. Very clear communication and instructions from the hosts and a number of activities tucked away for children to interact with.

The inside of this property was very clean. It is outdated, but everything was in good shape and served our purpose. The outside however, was in really bad shape. It obviously had not been taken care if in quite some time. The lawn needs mowing, bathtub flower garden needs weeding, deck needs cleaning, roof needs cleaning, sweep the entryway...basically general maintenance/cleaning. We didnt use the outside at all. If we had planned to, we would've been very disappointed. We saw lots of fish jumping in the river in front of the house! We heard it has good fishing. The view of Mt McLoughlin was spectacular! We enjoyed looking at it in the evening!!! It would be great to sit and drink a cup of coffee in the morning (we didn't have time to while we were there). We would stay here again.
