Welcome to our relaxing vacation home nestled on a wooded lot just 5 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva.

Lounge in the theater and stream your favorite movie, or sit around the fire pit and share stories with friends and family.

Enter on to the first floor of the property where you will find a chef's kitchen complete with all the amenities to craft a top notch meal. Kick back in the freshly designed living room complete with vegan leather sofa and overstuffed love seat.

Also on the main floor is access to the small and large dining rooms. Seat six comfortably in the intimate game room where you have a selection of board and card game classics for the family to enjoy. The spacious main dining room seats eight for a meal you won't forget.

The show stopper 1,200sqft screened-in porch is accessible from the kitchen/living areas and small dining space. Here you can lounge on the sofa, soak in the hot tub, play ping pong, or dine at the handcrafted table for ten.

Moving on down to the basement reveals two classic arcade cabinet games, a movie theater, full size putting green, bar with dual 50 TVs, and a generous table for gathering and games.

The top floor houses all the bedrooms. A primary suite is well appointed with a king bed, fireplace, and private bathroom that features a rainfall shower. A second king bedroom offers enough room for a sitting area and space to relax. The queen size bedroom is complete with a built-in desk area for any WFH needs. Lastly, the bunk room includes a queen-over-queen bed, in addition to the standard twin bunk bed.

The yard and outdoor space is beautiful. Relax by the fire pit after your daily activities or challenge your friends to a game of bags. If you are lucky, you may run into some deer, turkey, or other wildlife!

You will have complete access to the entire house and yard.

The garage, a storage room in the basement, and a storage closet in the upstairs guest bath are locked off for the cleaning staff and owners. There is also a shed in the front yard that is empty and locked off.
