    I can not possibly imagine a better spot for us in Nashville. The rental is easily walkable to Vanderbilt and a 30 kinute walk to fun times on Broadway. The house was clean and easy to access. Response time for questions exceeded expectations.

    Great location and layout for a large group (we had 7). Quiet neighborhood only 30 minute walk or 10 minute Uber to Broadway. Property amenities were all as expected and worked well (washer/dryer, appliances, coffee machine, etc.). Cleanliness was mixed. Master bed sheets were dirty had not been changed. Downstairs bath floor had not been cleaned. Broken glass pieces on the floor of the living room. Windows in the bunk bed room have no blinds or shades for privacy. If it’s clean and the windows are covered, this is a great value to visit Nashville.

    Exactly as advertised. Super easy logistics and very convenient location. While the listing suggests parking might be difficult, we never had the slightest issue with that either.

    Parking is really the only concern here. On our visit there was some construction on the street the made parking limited. Parking lot across the street is pricey. Otherwise the unit and location are great!
