Stayed Feb 21, 2025Big homely place with a great view of the Kerikeri inlet from the fantastic deck. Plenty of space inside and out, with a nice path down to a pagoda and jetty, perfect for sunny day fun and loungin. We had a great time staying in this little slice of Rangitane paradise, would love to return someday.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Sad that such a lovely place was so badly served by its host. The lock box code was not txt to us, and unbelievably the host mobile ph no. on the website is incorrect! What are 8 people waiting in the hot sun to do? Also the website says sleeping arrangements include a double futon in the lounge but no bedding was provided. Is it assumed guest 7 & 8 want to share the QB in the upstairs bedroom? Also the kitchen had just one very small saucepan (plus frying pans) to cook for 8.

Stayed Jan 25, 2024The location was 15 minutes away from Kerikeri town centre and was very close to Opito Bay. The house was clean but could have more supplies - replacement soaps etc. The BBQ was great for cooking for a larger family group. The kitchen needed more kitchen implements (medium sized saucepans) and condiments for a better family cooking experience. There is a steep but well maintained access to the water. The corners around the house makes it difficult to bring your own kayaks to the water.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023The house was nice, except the oven was quite dirty, as was the entrance deck, possibly because the house hadn't been used for some time. We stay at Rangitane vecause family and friends live close by

Stayed Nov 6, 2023We had 4 x staff staying in the house while working at Waipapa. This house was ideal. Plenty of room and great location.

Stayed Nov 18, 2022Apart from some problems gaining access to the keys on arrival our 4 day stay in this lovely waterfront property was amazing. The view from the deck across the Kerikeri inlet was beautiful and the facilities clean and functional. Ripe oranges could be picked from the deck! Fantastic!
