Breckenridge's world class ski slopes are a quick drive/walk up the road or hop on Breckenridge Free Ride bus just a short walk from thehome.

The 4 bed, 3.5 bath townhome can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The open-concept main level features a living area with a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area, half bath, laundry room, and owner’s suite with king bed, gas fireplace and attached bathroom. Step outside from the living room to your own private deck! Soak in the hot tub and bask in the warm CO sun!

On the lower level of the house you will find another owner’s suite with king bed, gas fireplace and attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. This level also holds 2 other bedrooms; the first with a queen bed, the second bedroom has a bunks with 3 XL twin mattresses and one normal twin mattress. The 3rd full bathroom is accessed via the hallway on this level. Also, included is a mud area for your gear and a heated one car garage with boot warmer.

    The home was lovely and in a great location, very close to Peaks 7 & 8. The main floor was spacious and definitely large enough to accommodate our party of 6. The two master bedrooms were a real plus and a rare find. And the wifi worked seamlessly -- two in our group had to do some work while there, and had no issues with the internet, even while others were streaming movies. We also had to contact management a couple of times with questions, and they responded immediately. Overall, a wonderful stay! Note: There was some minor construction going on, at least as of Feb. 1, 2022. As a result, on the lower floor, one wall (where the photos show a kind of counter/bar area) was covered in plywood. And one bedroom (not the master) had some plywood covering parts of a wall and there was no closet. It didn't impact our stay at all, but if you think this might be an issue for you, you might want to see if the construction has been completed beforehand.

    Great for small groups. Awesome location to Peak 8 and town. Ample parking and bedroom space! Owner/property manager were very responsive and check-in/out was seamless. Overall great stay and would recommend!
