White Water Views and Steps to Sand

Property was a great location. Condition of the property not so great. Outdoor furniture pretty dirty.. musky smell with carpet interior. Very close to the beach, which was nice just a couple of minutes away from shopping and grocery and dining excellent..

This proved to be the ideal property to explore San Clemente. Location and amenities were perfect for our trip.

We loved the house and the views!! Unfortunately the description of the house said that there was beach access steps from the house but this access was closed for long term construction. Wish we had known this going in as the walk to the beach from the house was quite long. Otherwise the home met our needs and was enjoyable!!

The house was great! Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Lots of outdoor seating on all the different balconies.

Host was very accommodating. Answered my questions quickly and clearly. Provided reminders before key points (check in, etc.). A great host. The place is clean, well-accommodated and very nice. Includes new appliances, quality utensils, plenty of plates and serving ware. It worked out perfectly for us. We would DEFINITELY do it again.

Communication with the host was clear and often. Check-in was straight forward. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked. It was a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful location with incredible views. Host was great with communication and made the entire process easy to navigate. We were only in town for a short weekend, butnwould love to come back for a longer stay with the full family.

We had a fabulous time in San Clemente !We walked daily to the beach.. which was so close to the property! It was nice because it wasn’t as crowded.My grandkids loved all the beach toys -The roof top deck was my favorite- gorgeous view of the ocean !

We went to San Clemente to visit family for the 4th of July. Our stay here was perfect! We spent most of our time with family at their house, but this was the perfect location with a view of the water. It provided everything we needed in this cute town.

We were in San Clemente for our son’s wedding. We needed space for 2 small children and 4-5 adults. It was a great fit since the 3 floors of living space( top floor is an outdoor patio) meant kids could be in a quiet zone while adults did wedding prep. Also, we had a post wedding swim. 20 or so people used the boogie boards.

Wonderful stay at this amazing property steps from the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable too which is a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again! San Clemente is such a charming place.

Rented the property for a friend reunion with 6 buddies . We’ve been friends for 35 years. The property was the perfect size, picturesque views from 3 balconies. I/2 block from the beach. Beach walk to the pier. Great kitchen with a bbq grill. Plenty of storage. 5 min drive to the breweries and food places. Absolutely recommend this to anyone .

This place is a little gem on the coast. Very relaxing, cozy, lots of space even for a big family. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Beach is a couple of minutes away. We will be definitely coming back.

What a great house! The location was fantastic. Host was awesome and communicative. The house had plenty of space and many xtra amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a great property for hosting 7 guys for a get-away weekend. Very close access for walking the beach, and as well for walking to dinner each night. Check in/out was easy and host is a great communicator. No issues at all for entire weekend. Very ample parking for being this close to the beach!

Great location to the beach and town of San Clemente. House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The couches and beds were comfortable.

Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Lots of sleeping space and several decks. The rooftop deck is awesome! You can see the ocean and hear the waves while enjoying a beverage. Super quick walk to the beach path and walking distance to the pier. Overall a great spot!!

Second year staying at the property with my four best friends from childhood and as incredible as last year! Walking distance to everything in SC and the rooftop deck is incredible! Went sailing in DP which was the highlight of our trip!

We have been to San Clemente many times and have been so fortunate with all the places we have stayed- this property ticked every single box. We had 3 glorious weeks here. It is exactly as described, clean, comfortable, with all the comforts and extras. We are a family of 5 and had lots of space. We especially enjoyed the upstairs seating area, where we could sit and watch the ocean. Its location is perfect- steps from the beach at Mariposa. Edmund provided beach chairs, body boards and an umbrella, which was so welcome. Also, washing machine/dishwasher detergent etc. was provided, which is much appreciated in a rental. Parking is easy and the walk to Del Mar takes less than 15 minutes. Such a great home. We will be back!! Thanks Edmund and Co. from Ireland.

Great location! Super close to the beach and pier. Loved the roof top area and the stunning views! Great part is the positioning of the condo - the breeze/ocean air comes pouring in!

This VRBO had very quick easy access to the beach trail leading to the pier. We enjoyed having coffee on the many decks looking over the ocean. It was clean and the views were great! The only negatives were some of the screens were ripped and held together by duct tape, which didn’t work. The owner said he was going to have them fixed. Also, the king mattress we slept in downstairs, needs to be replaced. The mattress topper did not help. Other than that, it was a great stay! The owner was very responsive and always answered questions that we had so quickly, he was excellent. I would definitely rent here again!
