This modern lodge sleeps up to 10 and blends rustic comfort with luxury details — a private sauna, EV charger, game room, and fire pit under the stars. Perfect for families, couples, and groups seeking relaxation, lake adventures, or cozy evenings surrounded by nature.

The Space:

Welcome to White Pines Lodge, your luxury woodland retreat on Nolin Lake — where modern design meets quiet nature. Surrounded by whispering pines and birdsong, this three-bedroom, two-bath lodge is crafted for connection, rest, and effortless adventure.

️ Living & Wellness

The open-concept living room is bright, inviting, and centered around comfort — soaring ceilings, warm wood accents, and a plush sectional for movie nights or afternoon naps. After a day at the lake, unwind in your private cedar sauna or gather by the fire for a glass of wine and good conversation.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, a dual coffee station, and all the cookware you’ll need for family meals or lakeside snacks. Share laughter and stories at the 10-seat dining table, the perfect place for breakfast spreads and candlelit dinners alike.

️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Blue Water Room (Main Floor): King bed, serene color palette, and soft linens.

Fall Fishing Room (Main Floor): King bed, cozy and restful.

Forest Room (Upper Level): King bed, workspace, and woodland view.

Loft: Daybed with trundle (2 twins).

Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Each room includes a Smart TV, charging station, and ample storage. Two modern bathrooms — one on each floor — keep mornings smooth for groups and families.

Outdoor Spaces

Step out to the deck surrounded by tall pines, where mornings start with fresh coffee and evenings end around the fire pit beneath the stars. Play a round of cornhole, fire up the flat-top grill, or simply breathe in the stillness of the forest.

With the neighborhood boat ramp just half a mile away, you can launch into Nolin Lake within minutes. There’s ample parking on-site, including room for your boat and trailer, making lake days seamless from driveway to dock.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home, deck, and peaceful wooded property. Check-in is effortless with a personal smart lock code, giving you total flexibility and privacy from the moment you arrive.

Parking & Charging: The property offers ample private parking, including space for multiple vehicles, a boat and trailer, and an on-site EV charger (220V outlet) for electric vehicles.

You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing, independent stay—modern amenities, easy lake access, and a quiet natural setting to unwind completely.

The Neighborhood:

White Pines Lodge is located in Linwood Estates, a peaceful and private lake community surrounded by trees and nature’s quiet. Here, mornings begin with birdsong and coffee on the deck, and lake days are only moments away.

The neighborhood boat ramp is about ½ mile from the home, and the public Iberia Boat Ramp is roughly 15–20 minutes away for larger launches. Guests also enjoy nearby access to Wax Marina, where you’ll find rentals, a small store, and casual lakeside dining.

For day trips, Mammoth Cave National Park is about 50–60 minutes away, offering world-famous cave tours and scenic hiking trails. The town of Leitchfield is just 20 minutes away for grocery runs, gas, and restaurants.

Whether you’re here for quiet mornings or outdoor adventure, Linwood Estates offers the perfect balance of privacy, nature, and convenience.

Getting Around:

You’ll find White Pines Lodge tucked inside the quiet Linwood Estates neighborhood — close enough to the lake for easy access but far enough to enjoy true peace and privacy.

️ Driving & Distances

Getting around is simple with a car or truck. The neighborhood boat ramp is just ½ mile from the home, and the public Iberia Boat Ramp is about 15–20 minutes away for larger launches. You’re also only 50–60 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park and 20 minutes from Leitchfield, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials.

Parking & Charging

The home has ample private parking right out front — enough for multiple vehicles, a boat and trailer, and even an EV charger (220V outlet) for electric vehicles.

Transportation

Because this is a peaceful rural area, ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are limited, so driving your own vehicle is highly recommended.

It’s the best of both worlds: easy access to adventure when you want it, and quiet wooded seclusion when you don’t.

Beautiful retreat cabin. Our only regret is not staying longer. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, AND basic spices which was a nice surprise. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and great room. If we're in the area again, we know where to stay!

House is cute, nicely decorated, plenty of parking. Enough towels. Inviting fire pit area, comfortable front porch. Being able to bring the dog was a true selling point for us. It is inside a “lake community” with other homes near by. Be sure to bring groceries with you as shopping is a distance. People are friendly. Things we noticed was the need for a baking sheet or sheet pan. Some of the lighting flickers giving off a “strobe” effect. Fans/lights in lower bedrooms don’t work independently from each other. Upper bathroom toilet paper roll holder is not attached to the wall very well. Just LITTLE things. I would not hesitate to book again.

I love this property! This was my 2nd stay in 14 months. The pans need replaced. They have no large skillets. That's 1 of my complaints. This visit, it was not as clean, wet towels in the dryer when we arrived. Its not dirty, baseboards and air vents need wiped doww. So its clean. Not as clean as it was during my 1st stay. Hose is responsive, helpful and friendly. I gave this 5 stars the 1st time. I am giving it 5 stars again because i trust Jonathan will address these issues promptly. The are is beautiful. Mommoth caves is a big draw to the area, please check out Hidden caverns also!! amazing also

This house was within an easy drive to Mammoth Cave. It was clean and the owner was very responsive and answered calls quickly. Some of our minor complaints were wish the kitchen had more cookware i.e. bigger skillet, cookie sheets. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels and linens. Thank you!

House is very nice, relatively new and clean. Neighborhood is old and many houses very old and in dis-repair. Location is very isolated so no conveniences close at all. Restaurants are at least 30 minutes away. But it all worked out for our purpose of meeting family half-way in between Chicago and Alabama.

We had a nice three night stay in Clarkson. The White Pines Lodge was decorated nice and laid out well for the seven of us. There was plenty of space and privacy when needed. Once we were there, we truly enjoyed our stay. I am not impressed with the weeks leading up to this adventure. Communication was poor. I like to have things in place and confirmed. My payment for reservation took two tries as VRBO withdrew money and then the host? Confusing. I never could pull a contract to print. STILL can’t get the site to function properly. Although the cabin had nearly everything we needed, the kitchen cookware needs replaced. Few pots and pans. They are burnt and hard to use. We pulled up to an unsightly mess of trash. Even a cardboard box of trash at the steps of the home. These little things make a big difference upon arrival. My final thought, according to the description of this property online, one review in particular calls this a cabin on the lake. Not true. There is no lake within view. WAY closer to other homes as well. Not as secluded as we would have liked.Thank goodness the weather and the nice interior kept us inside.

We stayed for a couple warm nights in July, but A/C was very comfortable. Nice new property with modern amenities, on a sheltered wooded property. The game table was probably our favorite part, and we were grateful to be able to bring our two dogs, too.

This place has it all. Great location on the lake. Beautiful house with everything you need. All the essentials and more. Our family of four plus a couple of our kids friends stayed and all had a blast. After spending a day on the lake and dinner we would hang out at the fire pit which was landscaped perfectly. Plenty of firewood. Also, Jonathan answered the few questions we had right away. Easiest rental we have ever had. Will definitely book again!
