Beautiful, modern, great property management and communication!

The location, amenities and communication for this home were perfect. We had an amazing time and hope to return again!

We had a wonderful stay at White Pearl. The house is very spacious and so many different decks and patios to enjoy. It is a very short walk to the beach. Everything is very clean including the grill which we appreciated. Jay is a great host, called to make sure we were happy with everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Loved the house and Jay's hospitality. Our group was two families (4 adults, 3 kids aged 7-11). Space was perfect - spacious, clean, well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were great. The shaded outdoor seating area was lovely. Quick walk to the beach and easy golf cart ride everywhere else. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for a great stay (beach towels, pack and play, games). Loved the hot tub and pool and was very nice to have each room with its own bathroom and two washer/dryers. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Walk to the beach and shops/dining on Pine was very easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our week in this home on the north end of AMI! The home is beautiful, there are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy, the pool and hot tub are amazing, and there’s plenty of space in the kitchen area. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom which is also great. There were beach chairs and towels available for use. And the large capacity washer and dryer meant we could pack lighter and easily wash clothing during the week. Overall it was a wonderful week!

White Pearl was a perfect fit for our family. A high-end home with beautiful and comfortable furnishings and lovely spaces to gather or spread out—indoors or outdoors. Kitchen is well-stocked with high quality appliances and essentials. Pool and hot tub are gorgeous with plenty of deck space and seating. Sunsets from the top perch will be a sweet memory for us all. Easy walk to beach and short drive (or bike ride) to restaurants and shops. Just an all around great experience. Jay was awesome ro work with and answered questions promptly to assure we had a wonderful experience. We were able to do all our favorite things on the island despite the recent hurricanes. We have vacationed on AMI for 7+ years and it was reassuring to see the island working hard to come back strong.

My family and I have been coming to Anna Maria Island (Anna Maria specifically) for the last 5 years on family vacation (a total of 8 visits). We've stayed in some wonderful properties on the island but none rival White Pearl. First, the location is fantastic. There are two beach access points within a 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States, if not the world. It is also an easy walk, or golf cart ride, to Pine Avenue and all the shops, restaurants, etc. you could need. The home is immaculately well designed, decorated, and well kept. It was VERY clean, had a wonderful modern feel without feeling cold. Additionally, the owner has equipped the home with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. He thought of everything. Multiple ways to make coffee (Keurig, drip, french press, bean grinder), fruit juicer, every utensil, dish, cookware and even a wide array of spices etc. The appliances are outstanding and the bar area has a wide array of stemware, cocktail glasses, cocktail shaker, ice buckets, and a charging port with every kind of cable connection for any device. The decking on this home is incredible and offers so many ways to enjoy outside in private. The rooftop deck offers 360 degree views of the island and the view of Bean Point and beaches. The pool is a very good size, great hot tub, and beautiful pool lighting for night swims. This home is a no brainer. Rent it now or someone else will!

Perfect space, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Beautiful decorated & stocked with everything we needed. Very nice home, only down side is too many stairs, fine for us but difficult on my 76 year old mother with bad knees. Home has an elevator but isn't available for renters. Maybe the owner can someday at that feature for renters. I would still rate this home 10 out of 10.

Our family has been coming to AMI for about 9 years, only staying in the same house twice. This year we chose the White Pearl home due to location and its amenities, and it did not disappoint! Jay’s communications to us prior and during our stay were thorough and accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough cooking utensils and cookware to feel like you were at home. The home has enough room to provide privacy, yet still all be together to enjoy the time together. The pool and spa area is where we spent most late afternoons after a fun day in the sun! I would highly recommend this house to any family or group wanting a great place to land in AMI! My only thought is you need to be able to climb the stairs as depending on your room, you will have to climb several flights of steps. Other than that… it was a wonderful week spent in AMI…. The house has everything you need, it’s huge and it’s really stunning. A pintrest house itself. Every room has a in-suite-bathroom so that’s perfect for everyone too. The service Jay provides is great, he is super helpful and a phone call away if you need anything. 3 minutes away from the beach. And many living rooms to chill. This side of the island is very quiet, not much traffic. That’s what we were looking for. We will come back!
