White Mountains Year-Round Getaway - Mins from Attitash & Storyland

The house was lovely. Beautiful views upstairs in the fall. The beds were super comfortable. The house was immaculately clean. Everything you could possibly need for a weekend away was provided. There was ample space for an extended family to spread out. The hosts were very quick at answering all questions we had. There was a discrepancy with the listing that unfortunately did impact our overall happiness with our stay. We had booked with the intention of using the fireplace but learned shortly before arrival that it is not for guest use. This information was not on the listing or the contract we signed. The host was responsive in giving us a small refund and has since updated the listing.

Lovely place and we enjoyed our stay. Had a bit of confusion on the house number as Google took us to the property next door. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

We had a very nice 2 night stay at this home. It was comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was great for 2 families with a separate living space downstairs. Fire pit was nice and the decks had fun colorful lights. View from top deck was nice. A couple things we didn’t love, the bed downstairs was uncomfortable and we some trouble with the tv. The house also felt a a bit cluttered which was tough with a 1 year old, would not recommend that age stay here. Other than that, we were happy with it. Location was nice to be right near Storyland.

Great location, clean and affordable. Perfect for a family gathering

We had a great stay, located close to many attractions and things to do. Plenty of room for 8 of us, good size rooms. Minutes from many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend this house!

Amazing clean

This was a very clean and spacious home. It had all that we needed to spend a wonderful few days in the white Mountain are with our teenagers!

The house was beautiful and clean. Location was great in proximity to everything we wanted to do. We had two families and it was the perfect setup where each family had there own separate space but we could also be together.

We were very happy with the amount space for our extended family. We enjoyed the association access to the river! The location was great for all of the activities that we had planned.

This property is amazing and well appointed. Very cozy spot with lots of thought put into family. We had so much fun on the slopes all day and relaxed in the comfy cottage every evening. Great spot- would return!!

We like the MWV area and the Tkach’s property is in a great location to take advantage of all it has to offer. The home is clean and well stocked with the essentials and had plenty of space for 3 adults and a 4 and 1.5 year old. There were a few areas that differed from the listing that should be updated or clarified. The AC is only upstairs, this wasn’t an issue during our stay but may be during heat waves. The association beach is a 15 minute walk away and requires crossing a stream and part of the river as well as going over a large downed tree or through some bushes to get to so no wagons or strollers. You can park near the path, but at your own risk. The beach itself is entirely rocks, very different from what is pictured. This may be due to flooding, but for our family this meant we had to look elsewhere for a beach day with sand and was one of the main reasons we choose to stay here. Luckily we were able to use the NH park pass to get into Echo Lake State Park without a reservation. The house is on a steep slope so there isn’t any usable lawn and the driveway is very steep, so the only outdoor spaces are the decks. This also means a healthy amount of stairs as others have noted. Overall we enjoyed our 4 night stay.

The house was perfect for two families with kids. Each floor had two bedrooms and a full bath with kitchen area so it allowed both families to maintain our normal routines without disturbing each other. Location was perfect for Storyland - only a few minutes drive. Chris texted when we arrived and was very friendly and accommodating. Great experience!

We loved our stay in Bartlett! We were able to visit Storyland and the Mount Washington Cog Railway easily, and also enjoyed the private beach in the neighborhood too! The house was just as described, and we loved the split layout. A bit difficult with all the stairs for the grandparents, but workable for a long weekend. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, included kids toys and games too. Would definitely recommend, as long as stairs aren’t hard for your family!
