The second floor of the home has a workspace with a view and a desk for those who still have some work obligations while on vacation. The second bedroom on floor two has a queen bed and an en suite 3/4 bathroom, with a shower stall.

The ground floor of the home is finished with hardwood flooring , a glass door welcoming in the views of the cove. There is a spacious and very comfortably furnished media room. Also on the ground floor is a third bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom.
Finally, as a wonderful bonus there is a loft apartment above the garage that is included in the rental of White Birch. This space includes a queen bedroom, 3/4 bathroom and a living room with a TV. The loft is accessed through a shared doorway with the garage. There is a door and stairway on the rear wall of the garage space.

White Birch Cottage has a rugged beach with stairs down to the shore. The property has ample parking and some green spaces. A 9-foot Peter Berets flamingo is assembled in the backyard (the creator of Nelly Ville at Nervous Nellies).
