Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed in “Whispering Pines”, my siblings and I had a great time as we bonded and created new memories. We experienced some issues within our stay that would hinder it from being 100% great stay. 1. WiFi- never worked 2. Stains on bedding and mattress (top floor masters, main floor queen) 3. Hot Tub jets only worked for a short period of time.

I was great, very spacious, the theater room was perfect for the kids along with the hot tub also the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to eat on and cook with. Location was great. So close to Rtowhead and swallow falls. Only spent 2 nights but would defystay their again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Whispering Pines at Deep Creek. We had a group of husbands and wives that needed a weekend away. We found that all the amenities were high end. The furniture and decor was great. The dining room table we thought needed looked into. It was not as stable as it could be and a few of the chairs seemed a little unsteady. The bedrooms were great size and would have liked one more queen bed for another couple, but understand that twin bunks and beds give more of a variety. We enjoyed our stay and will look into renting this property again. What a weekend to remember.

Check in time was 4:00 and when we arrived 5 minutes early they were just filling up the hot tub, which meant that the water wasn’t actually hot until around midnight the first night we were there. There was a large stain on the main sofa which made you want to sit somewhere else. The location wasn’t bad but we stayed in the house the entire weekend so I don’t really know how close it was to other things.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great experience during our stay. We’ve used Taylor-Made in the past and always happy. Check-In/Check-Out easy and quick. Property condition and amenities are always as solid in person as they were described on website. Had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. The only downside of this visit was my experience with “Lost&Found”. Unfortunately didn’t realize until we got home, that I’d left article of clothing in the house. Early the next business day (Mon) I called to report item in the hopes someone from Taylor-Made or housekeeping would enter property that same day and find item since it had only been hours since we checked-out. It took about 5 business days and 3 calls to the “Lost&Found” person to get a conclusive answer: item not found. I purposely waited 30 days before submitting this review because I wanted to be objective about the whole experience. I won’t use this review to relitigate all that happened, but I’m still very disappointed about how it played out and about my item not being found.

Everything was clean and updated. Big kitchen is always nice in a rental home.

The management was always helpful, professional, and attentive. There were plenty of nearby activities available for all ages. I'd highly recommend these townhomes for your family vacation.

With the exception of just one complaint, it was a perfect getaway home. It could not have been cleaner, it could not have been more comfortable. Hot tub was a hit, and so was the view from the upper balcony. I do STRONGLY recommend that the owners install a dehumidifier in the lower level. The musty, moldy, mildew smell was overwhelming to those of us who slept on that level. The smell at times even woke me up.
