Whispering Pines A-Frame + Pool Table + 2 Patios!

I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone and let me tell you why. They advertise a beautiful fireplace in the picture but you’re not allowed to use it. The carpet was filthy. They also advertise a pool table but the pool cues were all broken and the triangle to rack the balls was missing. I tried moving the arm chair in the living room and two of the four legs were broken. All in all I’d sum it up like this. They spent a lot of effort telling us what we can’t do and what we couldn’t use but absolutely no care to make sure what we could use was working. Spend some money to make your customers stay enjoyable. You see the pool cues are broken and you even took the time to use tape to fix them. For 30 bucks you could get no ones on Amazon. Obviously you just don’t care. You know the legs on the chair are broken, go to a thrift store and get a chair for a 100 dollars.

The property is a bit old but beautiful.Some of the rails are moving so it’s scary to lean on it.Some of the door knobs are also wiggly.You also probably need to hire a better cleaners bec there’s a lot of spider webs on the light fixtures considering you’re paying top price for cleaners.Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay.

Had some questions about property once checked in. Andwers were very vague.Like renters must remove all trash from property. Okay, fine. But my question was, we are flying, so where do we take it( obviously cant take the garbage on the plane) andwer i got was take it with you.Coffee pot did not work. The trason many people get VRBO is to have conveniences of home. Expected one should have been delivered.

First let me start with the fact owner does not disclose the fact there is no working AC in the house. This fact was omitted. Second, the flors on the deck and stairs from the deck area are all cracked and are unsafe. The structure is falling apart. The inside of the house is not maintained and is dirty. We've stayed in many places in Arrowhead and we understand homes are on the older side, but this one is not maintained. Keep your money don't waste it here. The management was rude.

I loved the air was refreshing, was enough space for us, I have 21 grandchildren, half of them where there and they loved it was .more then enough space, I will rent the place again. We enjoyed, and had alot of fun
