The house was everything we expected and more! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are clean, great towels and all the amenities. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! And it was so nice to have an extra fridge in the laundry room.Everyone agreed it was one of the best vacation rentals we've had!

Perfect for large groups because there are so many bedrooms and baths. There were also a ton of amenities, including shampoo and soap in the bathrooms; coffee and creamer in the kitchen; and trash bags, laundry soap and lots of other items throughout the house. Everything was clearly labeled and the instructions very clear. The pool was warm and clean. I only wish there was recycling available. The only negative was the gunfire we could hear at odd times. It was a little unsettling for us city dwellers, but it is Texas.

The house is beautiful and well equipped just like the photos. Our group of couples were very comfortable during our stay. We hosted a beautiful dinner outside one night and the hosts were so helpful.

The house and host were great! The only negative is that (per the host) the outdoor speaker system wasn’t operational.

This property is beautiful and perfect for a family reunion. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a large square table on the kitchen that is perfect to gather for meals or games. One bench was missing so we moved a few chairs in. There are plenty of bedrooms giving people some needed privacy at night. The pool is large and the hot tub is perfect for small children to play in. I do wish there were a few more lounges/chairs and a few more umbrellas at the far end of the pool. You can swing the two they had over the pool and a few more would be really nice! This is our 2nd stay and I’m pretty sure we plan to come back next summer!

Family time. This home is amazing & was everything plus more as shown. Light switches are all labeled so you don’t have to try & figure out what turns on what. Rooms seem bigger than pictures. Very spacious. Kitchen is a cooks dream. Coffee bar with espresso machine, carafe & kurig coffee maker. Some Coffee, tea, creamer furnished. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers.So many amenities & so clean. Pool clean. Amazing place.

We stayed at the property for our small wedding. We had 14 people total in our party. We had the ceremony outside under the trees on Friday evening and spent the rest of the weekend hanging out in the pool, by the fire pit and on the back deck. The property is absolutely amazing and everyone there talked about how beautiful everything was. The sneak peek photos we have seen from our photographer are absolutely gorgeous. The whole house is incredibly well stocked and was spotless when we arrived. The property manager Jeanette, was incredibly helpful with answering questions before and during our stay. We felt like she genuinely wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. If you are on the fence about renting this property, just do it! You won't regret it!

We were in town for my son's wedding, and this was the perfect house to host our friends and family. The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. There was enough room for everyone, and it never felt crowded at all. The outside space had abundant seating and that was where we would gather in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and with two refrigerators, we had plenty of room for food and drinks. The check-in and check-out procedures were so easy. If you are looking to host a large gathering of people, I would highly recommend this VRBO. It is truly one of the nicest houses in which I have stayed. It was very clean and comfortable.

The property was beautiful and Jeanette (PM) was awesome! She immediately helped resolve a small issue that came up and was extremely helpful providing medical equipment for my elderly (88) mother. Our party was grateful for the personal note she left for us upon arrival and the service!

This property is amazing. Plenty of room. Lots of fun. All the amenities were awesome from the furniture to the bathrooms. The pool and patio area were great. Our family and friends were in town for a wedding in nearby driftwood. The house was so great people didn’t want to leave.The check in and out were easy. The property manager, Jeanette, was easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We will return!!

Our group of 23 (longtime family & friends) had a wonderful stay in Dripping Springs. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the home was beautiful, with well-stocked kitchen. The only suggestions we would have would be to supply more TP and trash bags for a group our size … we ran out of both. But Porsha was super responsive and friendly, and we did have a wonderful time. Thank you!

This property was perfect for 20 of our family members to spend a weekend together. We cooked, played in the pool & hot tub, watched football, played games and toured breweries/distilleries.

The house is very spacious and super clean. The outdoor entertainment areas were amazing. We had ten couples on a group trip in the Austin area and this house made the trip even more special.

My family and my sister’s family have been getting together for 30 years. We started at the Hyatt Hill country, then the JW Marriott Hill Country and just this year decided to rent a house. We spent so much more time together having a nice pool for just us, large firepit, beautiful back patio and a large kitchen table. After a vote we have decided to continue renting this house. This house is beautiful and the owners and manager are so friendly and helpful. They were attentive to any issues that came up, which were very minor. The house is truly a gem and allowed everyone to gather together and then to retreat to private spaces.

We have been having a family vacation every year for 20+ years. As our family has grown our house needs have grown. We are all coming from different part of Texas and this was a great central location for most. This property was a great size for our family of 19, of which two are a 2 year and 7 month old. This kitchen was well stocked, and we actually never ran out of silverware. It had more small appliances, including a crock pot, blender, convection oven, dual ovens. With the guest house there were 3 full size refrigerators, so there was plenty of room for all our food, and were able to make the one in the laundry room our drink refrigerator. The pool was perfect. Only one of the 2 tvs at the pool was working, but we were able to easily watch our sports teams while enjoying the pool.
