HEATING AND COOLING:

Wheelers House features ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout the home, centrally controlled and zoned across the living areas and bedrooms. Ceiling fans are fitted in Bedrooms 2 and 4, with a pedestal fan and portable heater in the master, and electric blankets across the queen beds for cooler nights in the Macquarie Valley.



COME INSIDE THE HOME:

BNB Made Easy is a professional short-term rental property management company, so rest assured your stay at Wheelers House will be professionally managed, thoughtfully prepared, and easy to settle into. The home opens into a formal foyer that fans out across two wings — a master suite with walk-in robe, ensuite spa bath and sliding doors to the patio on one side, with three further bedrooms, a sitting room and the main bathroom on the other. The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, with a Nespresso machine, breakfast bar and a dining setting that comfortably seats eight. Outside, the covered pavilion is the standout — fairy-lit, fan-cooled and warmed by infrared heat strips, built for long lunches, slower evenings and the kind of weekends that don't need much of a plan.



THE LOCATION:

Wheelers House sits in a quiet residential pocket of South Dubbo, around five minutes from the CBD and ten minutes from Taronga Western Plains Zoo.

For the morning coffee run, You Galah! on Jubilee Street (3 min) is a local favourite for Toby's Estate blends and a relaxed brunch, with The Harvest on Palmer Street (3 min) close behind for fresh pastries and a quick takeaway. In town, Press on Bultje Street (5 min) is consistently ranked Dubbo's best cafe, set in a leafy garden courtyard, and Dahab Cafe (5 min) covers Mediterranean brunch with vegetarian and gluten-free options.

For dinner, Miia Mexiico (5 min) and IZAKAYA Wasshoi (5 min) are the standouts, while Goldies Cafe Dubbo (5 min) is the newer all-day favourite with both indoor and garden seating. South Dubbo Tavern (3 min) is the closest local pub, with a beer garden and kids' play area, and the Commercial Hotel (5 min) handles a proper steak and a Sunday roast.

The Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden and Elizabeth Park (5 min) are an easy half-day visit — the Shoyoen Japanese Garden, an Adventure Playground with flying fox and water play, and free entry across the gardens.
