Our host shared clear information about the house, neighborhood and check in process. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out comfortably. It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Big, clean space with lots of amenities. Our party of ten stayed here two nights to celebrate two friends’ birthdays and had a great time watching movies, playing games (pool table on the main floor), and cooking together in the spacious kitchen. If we came in the summer, we definitely would have used the outdoor grill fire pit and pool as well. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, with several even getting their own room. The number of bathrooms also made it easy for everyone to get ready and out the door on time. Mark was a great host, responded to us quickly when we had questions, was flexible with our check in/check out process, and even ordered us some kitchen supplies last minute when we couldn’t find them in the house. Overall great experience and would love to come back!

Wonderful host and beautiful home

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of special. I stayed with my daughter and a few of her friends for a girls' weekend, and we all enjoyed how clean the property was. It has everything you could need to have an indoor oasis. We loved every minute of it, and the host was more than accommodating. We can't wait to visit again!

Mark was a great host. He is very responsive and helpful. The home itself is beautiful and fully stocked, we had everything we needed. It is located on a quiet street. It was a perfect winter weekend to celebrate our mom’s birthday. We are looking forward to going back again in the summer time!

We rented this house in the winter. 8 adults spent 3 nights in the house mostly cooking and playing board games. The house is very spacious and it's on a quiet street. It was plenty warm (in the winter). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (though it could use a new can opener). The basement rooms were especially quiet at night, which was much appreciated by our light sleepers. It is particularly well equipped for young kids (though there weren't' any in our party). We can't speak to the quality of the pool or the outdoors, but as a short winter getaway, it was quite nice.

Was the perfect place for our family with 3 adults and 3 teenage who each had their own rooms. Very convenient location and the host gave us lots of suggestions. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to stay here. We plan on going back next year!

Great host, everything that we needed for our trip was available, ample room for the 9 of us.

We had a truly wonderful stay in this house. We came with our four daughters, their partners, and their three little babies (the 3-month-old twins and our 1-month-old grandson) to celebrate Thanksgiving together.For a big, lively family like ours, this home was comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly suited to our needs.Mark, the owner, was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our requests, which made our stay even smoother.And the beautiful beach just a five-minute drive away was the icing on the cake!

The house was lovely and clean with plenty of room for our group of 10 adults. We cooked dinner for ourselves the evening we arrived and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location, plenty of room for everyone to relax , comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers .. didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice .. host had a lot of good information and was quick to respond Lots of kid equipment if you need it

The house was conveniently located to the beach, but also had a lovely heated pool for afternoon relaxation. The host was communicative and readily available should any questions arise. The house instructions given to us by the host were very thorough and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, plenty of room for two families of five each. Our kids especially loved the pool, fire pit and bounce house. The location was great - just a few minutes away from both town and some lovely beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Great house for a family gathering in a great location

Mark was a great host and his house is conveniently located about a mile from downtown. He must be in the process of doing some upgrades as the garage was full with boxes. We will stay there again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very spacious and the outdoor area/pool are beautiful. Check-in was a breeze and the host was very friendly and responsive to all our questions about the home as well as offering wonderful suggestions for restaurants and beaches in the area. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation!

Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by and the host provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The neighborhood is quiet and we even used 2 of the bikes. The house has plenty of seating for eating and relaxing. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Fantastic house for a fun family get together!

We had a great time at Westhampton Beach. The property was convenient to get to. The neighborhood was quiet. It was east to get into town. Also we loved the heated pool.

This place was perfect for a larger group of family and friends. Lots of privacy and a short drive to the beach. The property itself had wonderful amenities-especially the pool and fire pit table! Very family friendly and easy communication with the host!

we had a great time at the house. Mark was very accommodating. The house is a bit worn because it's a very popular house. It's well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and you can tell it's very loved. The street it's on is very quiet with no traffic noise but you can hear the planes flying into the nearby general aviation airport (not often though). Bathrooms everywhere, so convenient and the house can take a large group. This is our first time in Northampton since we normally stay in East and Southampton so it's much quieter than we expected with less of a town feeling. We will come back again. Thank you Mark.

House was more then I can imagine , host was great , house literally have anything you forgot at home .

The house was more than expected. Beautiful property! Very specious house. Lots of toys and games to keep the kids busy. Enough space for everyone to have down time.We took a trip to the beach that is less than 1.5 miles away. The private pool at the house is heated and spent most of our time relaxing outside with the beautiful lanscape.Mark is such a kind host. He responds back very quickly if you have any questions. Provides detailed suggestions on where to shop and eat. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is perfect for a large group. The heated pool was an amazing amenity and we used it often! Bedrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. The primary bedroom and bathroom are simply amazing. Plenty of places to hangout and lounge both inside and outside. For the few minor issues we did run into, Mark was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. I would definitely book this property again in the future!

We were a large group of friends who all spent the weekend here. We had plenty of space (everyone had their own bed) and tons of bathrooms which makes it great for a large group of adults. We also enjoyed that it was walkable to town and in a very central location to many activities within the area. Mark was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our visit, and we already are looking forward to being able to coming back in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mark's spacious property in Westhampton Beach! The house was everything we hoped for—comfortable, sparkling clean, beautifully inviting, and with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Mark was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to reach whenever we had a question. It made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this home for both the excellent property and the terrific hospitality!

This property overall is as stated in the description. 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is equipped to accommodate a large party of people, including things to keep little children busy.The master bedroom suite is huge and all the other rooms are a good size & comfortable.There are a few things to take note of, because this is a rental the sofas on the main floor and lower level were stained ( both are beige), I took sheets and covered them prior to sitting.Some of the linen and towels which are white has stains and discoloration. If you are weary, just run them through the washing machine before use. Lastly, the shower curtain on the lower level is not long enough so the floor and everything around the tub gets wet when the shower is being used. The shower curtain on that lower level also had mold.Mark the host, will respond in a timely manner with any questions you may have. I was traveling from another state and he was very accommodating to me and my family with the arrival and departure times.My family and I stayed here from Friday until Sunday.

Group of 6 women getting together. Beautiful spacious home. We all had our own bedrooms. Having 4.5 baths was great. Plenty of space for all of us. Host was excellent and had great recommendations. Quick ride to the beautiful beach.

Perfect family home

This property was perfect for a large group with kids. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was ideal for our group. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and there was plenty of things to do on the property. The property owner was thorough and very responsive.

It was beautifully furnished, making our stay both luxurious and cozy. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, close to everything we needed yet in a peaceful neighborhood. The home is as presented with six actual bedrooms, heated pool, and toys for toddlers through adults. Price, both before and now having stayed I feel the home was market priced in relation to the exact location. Beds, people appeared to sleep well in all rooms. All the important items are clean: pool, baths/showers, sinks – and the space is overall in good condition. I am gracious of families that rent us their treasured places. Eastern Long Island, as you already know since you are looking, is an interesting area with nice beaches, boating, pine forest, cute little towns, and the spread of fine foods to good bagels from a deli.

This property was very spacious, and perfect for our needs. The host was reachable and on top of things. Great location. It had that lived in type of feel, so we were very comfortable. Had a few minor issues , but everything went smoothly for our wedding weekend.

The kitchen is well appointed with appliances, utensils and cookware. The pool is well maintained and the backyard big enough for various family activities. It's a solid choice.

I booked this house for a weekend stay in the Hamptons with my friends for my birthday. It was GREAT! Mark was so easy to work with and was so helpful with a list of things to do in the area.
