Stayed Jun 15, 2025Todd was super quick to respond to any and all questions. Little trouble finding the house due to service issues and Todd responded immediately. The house was just as described. The 150 steps could be a challenge for some, but the house is conveniently located super close to Flat Hollow Marina and we picked those family members up at the marina to avoid climbing stairs. Worked out perfectly. Dock had plenty of activities to enjoy. The view is amazing! The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 27, 2023We have 13 total, 7 adults and 6 kids ages 16-6. Perfect for the long weekend! Kitchen had everything you could need! Grill is new!

Stayed Jun 8, 2023We had a great experience at this home. The home was clean, organized and exactly the way it is described on the listing. They weren't joking about the steps... there are a lot of steps but we all made it a joke and said it was out workout for the day!
