This home is built directly on a sand dune that leads to the beach. During winter storms the sand can quickly drift and accumulate around the property sometimes affecting the ocean view. Although we make every effort to remove the sand and preserve the view before your stay, the winter weather and County and State dune management permit restrictions can make this difficult to predict and views from sitting positions in the living room/dining room may not be guaranteed during the extreme winter storm months

There is a dune camera on the deck that only faces the dune and is used to monitor dune height. In the spirit of privacy and night ambiance both the mic and lights have been deactivated and all lights are deactivated.

Note that the public beach access can be considered steep, use caution in wet conditions.
