The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion-activated and record video and sound. The cameras will be off during your stay

All was great except for the extra high bed in the downstairs bedroom. Needed a stool to get in bed
Ac was controlled and it was very hot. Hard to sleep due to sweating. But the house was extremely nice and clean.
This is a beautiful home with lots of space for a larger family to feel comfortable. Three separate sitting areas to relax in - living room, side room off the kitchen, and a loft. The neighborhood was great with the pool and pond as well as nice flat walking paths. Neighbors invited us to their block party and fireworks! Harris Teeter is at the main entrance which is super convenient. The owner responded to questions very quickly. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans (and sharp knives!) for cooking. A few items that are usually in premier rental homes but were missed here included: travel toiletries, bath soap (only sink liquid soap provided), bath mats/rugs, additional paper towels rolls and trash bags (only one of each was present - perhaps the previous renters took extras?), storage containers for left overs, cleaning solution to wipe down counters/tables, night lights for the long hallway and bathrooms. In addition, the home had nest thermostats, which usually are fine but they kept reverting back to a high settings of 85 even when we were in the home and during the overnight. These were inconveniences for us but something easily remedied for future guests. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would choose this home again
