Westminster Golf Community is super convenient, and located just 4 miles from I75, 2 miles from Publix (in Gateway and Ft. Myers), 7 Miles from Ft. Myer's international airport and 17 miles from the Ft. Myer's beach. You'll find that restaurants, shopping, and area attractions (i.e. Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins spring training) are just minutes away.

Westminster Golf Course is an 18-hole public course with a pro shop, updated restaurant, bar, driving range, pitching area, and putting practice area.

Renters are required to submit applications with HOA. A $150.00 application fee and $40.00 per personal background check fee to be paid by the renter directly to the HOA. The HOA DOES REQUIRE A 10-DAY PROCESS TIME AND WILL NOT ALLOW COMPANIES AS RENTERS. Home can only be rented for a month or more with the discount above. (Email the host if you need to reserve less time as it can only be rented once a month and the available dates will need to be modified. (Stays less than a month will not have a discount)
