West side of Kansas City Area, minutes from the Kansas Speedway.

Great location, close to the places I want to go, and a big kitchen for me to cook in! Not to mention that there aren't fragranced plug-ins everywhere driving my allergies crazy. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting!

This has become my favorite place to stay with my son when I am visiting Kansas. It is clean, easy to access, and close to all the things we like to do. We especially like the games that are provided. Most importantly, the property is not heavily fragranced, which I appreciate since fragrance gives me an allergic reaction! I will definitely return!

This was our second stay at Joanne's property. The location is perfect for us, with restaurants, grocery, parks, and theater close by. The home was very clean and the host had set out a bowl of candy for us to enjoy. With a well equipped kitchen, nice size dining table, and comfortable living area for TV viewing, you won't be disappointed with this home.

We had a lovely visit at this comfy home! It was conveniently located, clean, beds comfortable and the ping pong table & air hockey were a treat! Our host was easy to communicate with and neighborhood was quiet and safe. I loved looking out the bedroom windows at the lush green setting and adorable goats behind us. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for a week while visiting the KC area. This home was very comfortable and in the perfect location. The host provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay and we will definitely book again when we're in town.

Everything is perfect about the house, very clean, spacious 2 bedroom for 2 couples, nice living room, dining area, and kitchen. A bowl of sweet treats is a nice touch. Highly recommended and will stay here again if coming to KC.

This rental was fantastic. It was very comfortable, especially since the bedding had been washed with fragrance free detergent. This is surprisingly hard to find! My son also appreciated the air hockey and ping pong tables. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay at Joanne’s property! The ranch was well maintained both inside and out—it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect, just minutes from restaurants, Walmart, and Target, which made things super convenient. A special bonus was spotting deer in the back of the property—such a peaceful touch of nature. We truly felt at home and hope it’s available again when we return to Shawnee to visit our family. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful VRBO! Super clean space and comfy beds. Clear driving directions to the property were given before our stay and detailed instructions for getting into the home checkout were provided. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the rental, with a bathroom washer/dryer closet between, so everyone had their own space. The kitchen had plenty of dishware and cookware and the family room was comfortable with a large TV. The large circle driveway out front provided plenty of parking off the street. We will rent again next time we are down to visit family! Thank you!

The house was just as described. It was great for my son and I to stay while there for a tournament. The house was comfortable and cozy. I would stay here again.

Overall, great stay, would book again. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. The main areas were neat and clean. The only negative comment is that when we raised the blinds the window sills were dirty including dead bugs and the ceiling fans dusty. I left a note in the home with these comments. Again, I wouldn't let this stop me from booking again and I would hope this will no longer be an issue.

Once again just a great experience (not the football game!) in a familiar place that is for us a home away from home.

Enjoyable and convenient stay for a late family Christmas gathering. Especially appreciated the very clear and concise checkin email with code address, instructions all in one space. Nice area of town not far from highway access. Circle driveway very handy ( just a bit narrow for bigger cars but sufficient) Open area combing den and kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms. No complaints here. ;)

Clean, cute, and just the right size. We had fun playing the Christmas game left by the host. Felt very welcomed with a sign inside. Comfy bed. Comfy couches. Nicely cleaned. For never visiting Kansas City before, we found the locations to be just about perfect!!

We came to Shawnee to spend Thanksgiving with family and this house was perfect for us. Very clean with a nice kitchen for cooking the holiday meal. Shopping, theatre, and Shawnee Mission Park are all close by. We will look for this property first on our next visit to the Kansas City area.

Our family was working at a convention in Kansas City and rented this house perfect for 4 people. House is well stocked with needs including a working grill. House is in a great suburb with all the eating establishments and groceries within a 5 minute drive. nice and quiet this house was perfect for our needs and we will use it as a base again if the need should come up to KC

I chose this property as I used to live in the area and know it is near Shawnee Mission Park and thoroughfares that make it easy to access any part of the Kansas City Metro area. The property was clean, very comfortable and was exaxly was we needed! exactly what we needed!

Property was clean and well managed. Easy checkout process. Upon arrival They leave a nice personalized welcome note along with a bowl of mini candy bars which were appreciated. There’s a U-Shaped driveway which pulls right up to the door. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home....perfect for a getaway to KC! Very clean, and supplied with everything you need - just bring your toothbrush and clothes! :) Very conveniently located off a major highway for easy access to the Legends (Kansas Speedway) and other shopping areas. Home was central to areas we were visiting so that was a big help! We loved the home as everything was as advertised and was very clean. Would return if we get back that way again!
