West Sedona 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Whole House with Stunning Mountain Views

Great location and views. House a little dated, but overall a great place.

What an awesome little home with an absolute INCREDIBLE view off the front balcony. We didn't cook anything while there so I can't say much about the kitchen appliances. Bathrooms are nice, toilets are low. Queen bed is firm, king bed is plush, uncertain about the twin beds. Impressed with how clean the place was, and no weird smells when we walked in. House is far enough away from the main road but a couple minute drive to just about everything. The driveway is STEEP....parking brake for sure!Robert made the check in process seamless. The welcome book inside explains everything, gives suggestive eats and hikes, and a thorough step by step check out process. A few board games that we indulged in after a long morning/afternoon hike. We unfortunately forgot a kindle and Robert messaged right away. Thankfully we were able to run back to the house to get it. Thank you for sharing your home with us, will hopefully be back soon!!!

This house is a great location with stunning views. It was well stocked with comfy beds and ample space as well as useful kitchen gadgets. We loved our stay!

Others have commented on the steep drive and that's no joke! We ended up parking on the street at the bottom (which was fine). But the steep drive is what gives this house a spectacular view from the porch and living room of Capitol Butte. We saw the colors change at sunset right from our living room! Rooms were spacious and furniture comfortable. Plenty of linens and pillows and cookware. Would highly recommend! 10 minute walk to food or public transport (Verde Shuttle) if needed. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The hardest part was the steep driveway with the Tahoe that we rented.

This rental is in a great location within a quiet neighborhood and has a gorgeous view. The home is cozy and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The home is well stocked with some pantry staples, coffee, and extra towels if needed. The host was kind and communicated well. I definitely would recommend this rental to others who are looking for a place to stay in Sedona.

We had enough linens and kitchen gear. The coffee Keurig maker did not work as it needed descaling. The towel rack needed to be repaired to be properly secured to the wall. Overall, great views! .

Please read why... I really feel bad about giving this location 3 stars because its truly a good value, great location, and an AMAZING view. A 5 star stay, in my mind, is one where I am really WOWed by the property and amenities, 4 is Great, and 3 is good enough. Property is very conveniently located, has a great view, was priced fairly, and was a comfortable stay, but it could use a few things to bring it up to a 4 star stay. Again, it was a comfortable home base and a good value! The driveway was not an issue for us at all in our mid sized SUV. If low clearance, just cut the wheel to approach/leave at an angle at the bottom of driveway.The home does not allow pets, but when we arrived there was a very strong cat odor. (I love cats, please don't be upset with the cat). We opened all the windows for a few hours and I placed dryer sheets in each room to mask the smell, which worked really well and I didn't notice the smell again until it was time to leave and we removed all the dryer sheets.While the house was tidy, and clean enough to be comfortable, I'd compare it to a hotel stay in a high - traffic hotel. The bedding and surfaces are clean, but it really needs a deep cleaning. The blinds were dirty, there was grime on the doors, the bedding had a big stain (but it was clean), etc. The fireplace is not usable, while not a big deal... I was excited to see the place had a fireplace in the pics. The pots/pans were pretty beat up. Could use a few upgrades.

This was a great house in a fabulous location. The view from the front deck is stunning. The house was very well stocked with all the essentials. Hiking trails within walking distance.Be careful of the one section of the front deck that needs to be repaired. The showers are quite slippery. But these things did not ruin our vacation.

This is a very comfortable house with fantastic views of the mountains of Sedona. We greatly enjoyed our stay there!

The house was adequate. Good area. The driveway is quite steep and not much fun to navigate. We did see a rather bold mouse that felt comfortable enough showing itself and just hanging out in the kitchen with regular frequency. We alerted the homeowner who mentioned sending a handyman to set traps, however I can't confirm that happened because I never received a notice from the handyman or the homeowner that someone would be coming to the house. Additionally, I didn't see any traps set when we returned home. The view from the living room is as advertised, it's stunning.

Got locked out of master bedroom, electricity went out and two people showed up at night telling us they had rented the house!!! Not happy.

This house was as advertised, steep driveway, but spectacular views in return. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for our needs and what a re-charge to step out to that view every day.

The house is in a great location with incredible views! Other reviews did not exaggerate about the driveway. Amenities could use a little updating but beds have varied levels of firmness so could accommodate various needs.

Two couples stayed for a week! Great little house with a GREAT view!! Very clean, close to everything you want to see in Sedona! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Sedona area!!

This was perfectly located for what we wanted to do and the view from the front deck was spectacular. If you are up with the sun you are able to watch hot air balloons take flight and enjoy the sunrise. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and even BBQ’d one night (charcoal grill). Being able to do laundry was helpful too. Lovely neighborhood and house manual was full of useful information.Highly recommend the Visitor’s Center for suggestions and ideas of what Sedona has to offer. Very helpful and pleasant staff there.We hope to return!

First time in Sedona. We had a great time. The property was perfect for us and we loved the views!

Everything was wonderful. From the moment we checked in until we left. The house had everything that you need and beds are very comfortable. The views are outstanding. And location great.

Sedona has amazing views all around and we saw them from sun up to sundown from the windows and deck. Everything we needed was there in the house. When we had something come up and called the owner he responded right away. We would return!

This house had everything we needed, but the view was the biggest selling point. The gorgeous mountains are the reason you go to Sedona and we were able to admire them right from the comfort of the deck or couch. The star gazing was an unexpected bonus as the neighborhood has very little light pollution. House is centrally located with easy access to stores and restaurants and both east and west hiking. Would stay here again!

No complaints about the accommodations, but the best feature by far is the view from the front porch and living room window. Beautiful sunsets and peaceful place to enjoy the sunrise and listen to the birds. Easy walk to good hiking. Convenient to many restaurants and not far to shops. Highly recommend.

The property was well supplied. They even had coffee/creamer and laundry soap!!! The place was as described and it was hard to break away from the porch views!!Location was great and easy access to whatever we wanted to do.Communication with owner was easy.

This home is conveniently located in Sedona with a stunning view! The interior of the home is as pictured on the website. The biggest reason why I said good rather than excellent is the driveway. The driveway is very steep and we had difficulty maneuvering it. We found backing in to be better than pulling in. Also, the lighting in the house was rather dim. We enjoyed our stay but had to overcome a fear of the driveway.

This was a wonderful home with a great view! Perfect! However, I must warn you, the driveway is very steep and probably not a good choice if traveling with elderly!

You're doing great on keeping this house a home for people like us who would love take refuge away from all the fuss and buzz of the world at least for just a few days and just create wonderful and amazing memories - appreciating the majestic view and scenic here at Sedona. Lovely home in a nice neighborhood!

So much about the place is perfect: clean, beautiful views; location is super convenient; the kitchen and dining room is comfortable and suitable for real meal preparation and consumption; the beds are comfortable; the hot water plentiful; etc. etc. it was missing some routine furnishing amenities That made it less than a clear 5. I will be communicating those directly to Roberr however. Know that this is a very good place to stay in Sedona just not outstanding.

The view from the front porch was amazing! The home was easy to access from 89A and there was plenty of space for me, my mom, and three adult children. The owner was clear in his communications and expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is amazing, comfortable in every way. We fit perfectly. Our stay was much better than I anticipated. The deck views are breathtaking. When any of us had a question we referred to the house instructions binder. I cannot say enough about the awesome set up. Perfect. Thank you! We will definitely book another week next year.

The property was spacious and comfortable. Shopping and restaurants were close by. The view of Thunder Mountain from the front porch was incredible. We were at this property 3 years ago and didn't really consider any other place this year, even though the steep driveway is a challenge.

We stayed with 5 and all slept comfortably. Location has very easy access to both trails and town. Great view from the porch was a bonus.
