- Secondary bedroom with queen bed and vaulted ceilings. Shades on windows except one small window without a shade.
- Second bathroom with tub.
- Air conditioner/heating in both bedrooms
- Washer and dryer with laundry detergent.

- 15‑minute walk (0.8 mi) to the West Seattle Water Taxi at Seacrest Park, providing a smooth 10–15 min ferry ride to downtown Pier 50 and easy shuttle connections to Alki Beach.
- FREE West Seattle shuttle buses (775 & 773): Route 775 runs between Seacrest Park (water taxi dock), California Ave SW, Admiral District, Alki Beach and back to Seacrest Park for seamless first/last-mile service. Route 773 runs between Seacrest Park and West Seattle Junction.

- While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

- The home is located in a quiet residential area. Quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be strictly enforced.

- Strictly NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises ($500 fine), including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes when entering the home.

- NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.

    Great property in a great location. Free street parking available. Easy to find and access. Owner communication was great. Clean accommodation with contemporary decor (spare and stylish), great water pressure. Free snacks and minimal checkout list a plus!

    Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Alki Beach waterfront and also to the water taxi to downtown Seattle. Highly recommend it!
