Great home in a beautiful setting. Located perfect for our family to join a family reunion at a beach resort. A bathroom for each bedroom was the perfect cap on this outstanding rental. I would absolutely recommend this unit, and communication with the property managers was also very good, easy in and out.

Great house, lots of room. Management was very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Great location, very quick walk to the beach. There was a lot of noise at night due to the restaurant’s live band nearby, but that didn’t bother us. Would stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near everything we needed. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out easy. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel warm and welcoming. The golf cart may need to be serviced. We had to pump the gas so many times to turn it on. If you drive standard vehicles, then the golf cart will be easier for you to drive. Other than that we would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay! We had our 3 and 5 year old granddaughters. Their favorite place was the backyard with the splash pool! So close to the beach! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

This house is exactly as pictured! Extremely charming and spacious and within walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, too. The sitting pool makes for a great place to relax and chat or you can sit and listen to the frogs banter back and forth at night. They get pretty loud!

Quite location every bedroom has own bathroom. They had 2 trash pickup days during the week so you never felt like trash was building up. Kitchen was great for cooking meals in.

We loved the property, especially the hot tub. Everything was great! The location, the beach, and the house. Would like to come back again.

The house was clean in a great location walking distance to the beach and Pier Park about a mile down the road. The splash pool in the backyard was really just a hot tub with non working jets but it was doable for the cool evenings. The only thing that was a nuisance was the piercing alarm when you opened the doors. We had no children in our group to worry about falling in the jacuzzi so it was quite obnoxious to hear multiple times a day. There was a sign telling you how to disable it but it didn’t work.Other than that, we would definitely come back to stay again.
