Stayed Jan 24, 2025My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Palm Paradise with our newborn son. Our goal was to escape the winter in the northeast to take walks and relax by the pool in warm weather, and this house was perfect for both. The house was spacious, clean, and equipped with most things we needed / wanted. The backyard was beautiful and the neighborhood was perfect for walking - safe, clean, and quiet. The location cannot be beat - a short walk to the inter coastal waterfront walking path and a short drive to restaurants in WPB and Palm Beach. Check in and check out were easy, and communication with the property manager was great. Recommended improvements: 1) Increase temperature of the pool based on weather - 85 degrees in January is much different than 85 degrees in April. It was in the 40s the days before our trip and the pool was cold for most of our stay, which was disappointing considering a heated pool was the primary reason for booking this home. 2) Consider replacing the carpeting on the staircase. It is quite dated and uncomfortable to walk on. 3) Consider providing a drip coffee maker in addition to the Keurig, which seems more appropriate for a smaller home. Overall, we had a great stay and would return!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024The property itself was as advertised and I'd highly recommend it to friends and family. The only downside was the construction surrounding the house and backyard while we were there. It was loud with music from the construction workers and also noise from diggers and compression machinery that ran all day.
