Stayed Jun 28, 2025Our group of 9 (ages 6 to 70) had a great time. Mark was quick to respond to questions. The house has loads of space, the perfect lake access, and everything you need for a great vacation. We even got a great view of the fireworks show over the water for the 4th of July! We would 100% stay again.

Stayed May 16, 2025Great house for 14 guests to sleep comfortably and Room to store vehicles off the road. Deck was a plus. Beautiful home, just in need of a little LTC, mostly stove, dish washer and lower bath.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Great big house for a large group! There were more than enough bed spaces to suit us and the house was overall great. The owner was communicative and kind to give us a later checkout time! It wasn’t quite ready yet when we got there at 3 so it was a slower move in than expected. It was also extremely buggy by the lake so when we needed to go outside at night, swarms of gnats would get in. Some of the windows were also not completely sealed so the bugs got in that way. By the end of the weekend the master bathroom and kitchen had gnats coated on the counters. Loved the beautiful house but would probably not rent again because of the bug issue.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023This was an awesome house to share with friends on new years. Tons of space that includes a great open kitchen area. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away on the Cape!
