Stayed Aug 9, 2025We were in Breck to participate in the Breck Epic MTB Stage race. This house was the perfect location for us! We loved the proximity to everything. The house was comfy and well equiped. I think we used the hot tub everyday, the mtn views are spectacular.

Reviewer Comments: This was a great place for 3 couples to stay in Breckenridge, and the location was perfect! It was close to all of the Main Street shopping, restaurants and bars and gondola. It also included 2 parking spaces. The hot tub was really nice, and the view from the deck was spectacular. The management company always responded by phone call or text in a very timely manner. The customer service was exceptional! I would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The property is in a good location with easy access to Main Street with all its attractions. It is well stocked with essentials and beds are comfortable. The view of the mountains is unobstructed and great! The only critiques I might make would be that it would be nice to have access to regular cable, with the ability to watch the different news and sports channels. The windows on the main level could use cleaning and the back of the units where you park, could use some sprucing up with fresh paint. It could also use sweeping, as well. Despite those few items, though, this unit has a great location and view.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025Really enjoyed the central location of this property - walk to everything! Hot tub was nice with a gorgeous view but fairly open to neighboring properties as decks were connected. The property itself could use a bit of refresh - carpet could use cleaning or replacement. Also the ceiling fans were not enough to cool things off in upper BR even with window open at night and auxiliary mini fan we packed along- we were hot and sweaty and had a hard time sleeping. Could not get any normal TV stations (my husband was disappointed as he had to watch the US open golf tourney on his iPad). Management company was great with excellent communication. Overall a decent stay but I think I might make a different choice of property if I had to do it over again. If you can get over it being a bit dated then it would probably be a very good choice (we are fairly picky).

Stayed Jan 8, 2025We’ve done ski in/out places but this was the first time we were so close to Main street. We loved it! Best view of the mountain, too. Not super spacious but it worked out just fine for 7 people.
