The area perfectly suited my needs: close hiking trails, great people, scenery and restaurants. Laid-back, quiet surroundings. Loved the view from the deck. Will be back yearly. Did not like the substantial hidden fees. $96/night was great, until the entire cost was revealed. Unpleasant surprise. Place looked very clean until you looked under the furniture to see the discarded food and dirt. Still will be back.

When I research places to stay, I look for location, the space I’m interested in staying in to fit my needs for that specific adventure, other reviews, parking, and price. This property hit all those perfectly both in their listing and in real life when I got there. Everything was spotless, updated, and welcoming. The communication was fantastic and I was even offered late departure if I needed it before I would’ve even thought to ask! I especially loved no street noise and the sound of peepers to fall asleep to, calming and relaxing. If you ever want to visit the Boothbay area, this place is perfect. I highly recommend.

The property was excellent and exactly as described. The location was perfect, very close to the footbridge and downtown and we could easily walk to everything in the Harbor. But far enough away to enjoy the quiet. It was really nice not having to think about parking. Barrett park is very close too, and was a great place for the family to relax, kids to play, swim, fish and watch the boats and seals in the cove.The house was clean and well stocked, including the kitchen. Plenty of blankets, bath and beach towels, toiletries and supplies. Washer/dryer were great to have with a family. Second bedroom was large and nice for our kids to have their own space. Upstairs neighbors were quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

comfort, cleanliness,location kitchen size and equipment (in the main) excellent, except more sauce pans needed!! A very pleasant and comfortable stay. We loved it and will return….for a longer stay next time we hope. But at my age, who knows? One thing that was great for us is that there was one step up at the front door and everything else is on the same level, so we felt safe and very much at home.

We were absolutely thrilled with the Lobster Trap. Close enough to everything, but not in the middle of it all. No worries about parking which could have been an issue elsewhere. We had our own lobster restaurant only steps away. The Lobster Trap was very clean. We had plenty of room and enjoyed BBH, out and about as well as when we were at our home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment within walking distance to town. It was so great to be able to bring our dog. This is the second time we've stayed and we'd love to stay again. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. A

A nice, quiet location that is just a walk away from a pretty town, and not too far of a drive away from many great places to visit along the coastline.

The Lobster Trap was a great place to stay in BBH. It was spacious , clean, and comfortable. Plus, it's dog friendly. There's a nice spot to sit outside and it's a pleasant walk to downtown. We couldn't have asked for more.

Perfectly situated away from the main hustle of town but close enough to walk to downtown Boothbay Harbor within 10 mins. The house is perfectly sizes, very clean and with all amenities needed. Would highly recommend!
