Well equipped home minutes from bridges and close to everything

Me and my siblings come down once a year to visit my aging father and stepmother and needed a house close to them. This is a very nice house with plenty of room for all of us. The communication with Shane was excellent, when I contacted him thinking we may need to move up our days due to my father's health he had no problem working with us to make changes if needed. The house itself is an older well maintained home that worked out great. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. House was clean and well stocked with basics. Pool was fantistic. Communication was easy and promptly responsive. 5 stars.

Great place the pictures don’t do justice to how spacious and comfortable is, great Pool We were a big group I recommend that more towels for Pool and bathroom needs to be provided Overall a great stay excellent location too

This property has the potential to be a 5 out of 5. Footprint, Layout, Lanai, Pool all PERFECT for a family gathering. Referencing issues from previous review in December: 1) Refrigerator leaking water onto contents, we had to empty a bowl daily. Bottom Shelf and Door shelf missing. 2) Hall Toilet ran constantly with high pitch whistling noise. 3) Blinds in bedrooms would not close fully for privacy and slats missing. 4) 2 of the 4 TV's did not function at all. I assumed these items would have been taken care of, lesson learned. Property Management company that was employed by host was not responsive on the same concerns we brought to them upon our stay. Property management company replied to new concerns we found with The owner will be coming in a few weeks to get the house back to normal; that left me unsettled that the host knew the house was not in it's normal condition. There were issues caused by Hurricane Ian; debris in the yard and leaks in the ceiling. We understand the devastation in the community we just wanted the host to acknowledge prior to check-in that the home was not in its normal condition.

Very nice well maintained house dose need a little up keep and the whirlpool jets never the whole during our stay .........property manager tried to fix but it was not a little fix all n all was nice house

The property was clean. It needs updating. Two televisions did not work. The refrigerator did not have a bottom shelf and water pooled. The window coverings were broken. The hall toilet was noisy.

I don't think the pictures do this property justice, its georgous! Our kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for everything. The pool was sloped so it was perfect for everyone! The house had everything you would need, from pots and pans to laundry detergent. Would definitly rent again if we go that far down in FL again!
