Stayed Apr 1, 2026It could have been cleaner. The carpet was very dingy, felt dirty. Spiders all over the bathroom. The beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable. The lock on the door was very difficult to use and you had to enter the code 5-6 times before it would work each time you used it.

Stayed Mar 13, 2026Very cozy, clean & inviting home. We really enjoyed staying at Sunshine Indy! If I had to complain about one thing it would be the firmness of the beds. Other than that, we loved it and Cindy is a terrific host! Would definitely come back again. :)
